The hotel is good if you are traveling on budget.

Room decoration more than 10 years old without renovation, not clean and poor maintained. Smell was bad in the room. Reception staff having a cold poke face, made me feel like I might have been owing them some money for years, or my check-in was a disruption or a trouble for them. The only good thing was the location, walking distance to mall of Emirates and to various reasonable restaurants /groceries nearby.

The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Jewel assist me with my check in and she did a great job. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Grand Excelsior hotel Al Barsha one night in Dec 2022. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the king room and my room was situated on the 6thfloor. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over .The rooms were big for dubai standards. I can’t complain about this hotel.

I booked the hotel again because the first room was huge,but my second room was huge at level of money and small at level of size,I was disappointed

The service is not good. The room that was arranged for us for the first time is already inhabited by someone! Not clean, there are obvious stains on the pillow.
