The rooms were not well taken care of, I had to be moved to another room with my family. The management needs to do better in this case. The wall sockets are in bad shape. Very bad. The pool is not well maintained. The breakfast is on the average. I'm not sure why the guy at the dining had to call reception to check if my room was allowed to have breakfast.

I'm a repeat guest of this hotel, maybe 50+ times, the staff are friendly, especially Saddam on reception, always has a sunny manner and a welcoming smile. The rooms are big, clean, beautiful and perfect for families, couples and friends, the staff are helpful, I even stayed here for 15 consecutive days at one point.

1 * is not worth it to book better to book from 5 star hotel is a same a amount they will market lower price however each person will enter from that hotel they will charge you 50 AED we book for family suit however they allowed only for 2 pax but in the market itshould be 4pax + 1 kid and we request to have the amenieties they did not provided they want to charge again just concern only for the money not the guest satisfaction the kitchen is dirty,washroom,beds,damage blanket and receptionist from night shift is very rude i think you need to have a proper training for your staff to handle the situation we will never again to come back from this hotel worst ever experience!!
