Horrível! Foi feita a reserva com 2 cafes da manhã, porém o hotel disse que só tinha direito a 1 café da manhã! Tive que pagar um café da manhã extra todos os dias em que fiquei hospedado. Todas as vezes que fui a recepção eles me falaram a mesma coisa! Que a empresa trip.com fez o pagamento de 1 café da manhã. Agora pela manhã verifiquei no e-mail, a trip.com Disse que entrou em contato com o hotel e o hotel informou que eu tenho direito a 2 cafés da manhã. Bem Agora eu já paguei o valor. Fiquei no prejuízo. Pedi informações ao hotel sobre minha estadia mas não me responderam! Prejuízo de 64,99 dos 3 dias de estadia.

First time at 25H and they lived up to my expectations. I'd like to commend Loíse at the reception, who's very warm and welcoming. I loved the homey feel of the room. I requested to be away from the noise but those rooms are away from the view as well. The room is clean though you have to request for the toiletries. They have books and a chess board which I found really nice and they also have a complimentary mini bar which has some chips, sodas, and water. And of course, I booked this stay because of the amazing pool and its view. Try to go there early so you can enjoy it by yourselves 😉 I haven't had the time to visit the German bar where they offered pork though, but I'll try it next time. All in all, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. Thanks 25H "Come As You Are" xX
