The Dubai Edition

The hotel is relatively new, but it has inherited the simple style as always. The lobby is quite colorful. The crystal chandelier is a bit cheap compared to the grade of this hotel, but the design is full. The glass design of the breakfast position is very low-key and restrained. You can also sit in the garden outside for breakfast, which is very pleasant. The service staff at the front desk and the next day were very good, and the beautiful lady who greeted the guests was also very good. I just don’t know if it was a system problem or something else. When eating breakfast, she insisted on saying in front of so many people that I only booked one person and the other one had to pay. I repeatedly emphasized that I booked breakfast for two people, and you can confirm it at the front desk. The restaurant just ignored it. It’s really too slow to think. It’s not aimed at guests, but change to some smart ones. It’s the same when eating. Give napkins to other tables, and we wipe them with our hands. . . I don’t know what I’m thinking. Of course, although breakfast is not a buffet, the dishes are still amazing. The juice is a bit average. I gave zero points for hygiene. The floor was not cleaned, and there was dirt in the quilt. I feel a little uncomfortable when I think about it. In general, the room design is in line with the usual style of the Edition, the bathroom is large enough, and the balcony is also very good, but there are too many things that are not perfect. I don't know if you will improve it. If there is any improvement, I think I will still recommend it. After all, it is still quite pleasant overall.

It is within walking distance of Dubai Mall. The rooms on the Burjo Khalifa side offer a view of the nightly illuminations and fountain show, which is very satisfying. I highly recommend it.

Five-star hotel prices, facilities and services of domestic budget hotels. There are many hotels to choose from in the surrounding area. It is strongly recommended not to choose this EDITION.

Staying during New Year's Eve. The transportation is convenient, only about 5 minutes' walk from dubai mall. The staff was very helpful and we successfully booked a Japanese restaurant on the second floor for New Year’s Eve, where we could directly see the fireworks at the Burj Khalifa!

There is no service and the room is not cleaned. Really bad. Only the guy at the front desk was professional. Others are speechless😓

It’s convenient for shopping, which is pretty good! Just a few minutes walk to Dubai Mall!
