Very well located and pleasant hotel. Very polite staff, both in the parking lot and in the restaurant and pool. However, a very negative episode occurred with us. My wife's Tiffany necklace simply disappeared from the room, and the hotel was not responsible for what happened. He did nothing to recant. We were extremely disappointed, and for this reason we do not recommend this Hotel.

Dukes was amazing. The whole setup was fantastic. Staff were extremely attentive with nothing too hard for them. The facilities were clean and first class. Our room was terrific. Thanx to Dukes for the upgrade. Pools were great and ya gotta luv the lazy river.
Would love to stay again. One day

Perfect hotel, location was ideal, the mall is literally across the road.
The facilities provided by the hotel are perfect, indoor pool is heated and the views are breath taking. Breakfast as you can imagine being in Dubai is pretty much second to none. Although this time of year the outdoor pools and beach area are not much of Interest, as it is cold, however when the weather warms up, they are all on point.
