This hotel is flashy, the service is very good, the room rate is very high during holidays, 19,000 RMB per night for a villa, but the value for money is too low, it is not worth the room rate, the 90-minute SPA reservation costs 2,000 RMB, the SPA infrastructure is too poor, I once doubted whether it is a five-star hotel? I stayed here 4 days in the beautiful resort. Staff is so friendly and helpfull. I took spa trea**ent the trea**ent is amazing, but while in the reception one lady name Lashanthi explained about the trea**ent and she said performing facial using magnesium coffee scrub, it will helpful for glowing the skin, but later i checked in google about the product, this product is actually using for the body only.... For the management i want to say do something other wise company will lose the valuable guest.... Her behavior also not professional... I can give spa 4/10....
