Everything was perfect

Everything about the hotel was amazing!

This hotel is flashy, the service is very good, the room rate is very high during holidays, 19,000 RMB per night for a villa, but the value for money is too low, it is not worth the room rate, the 90-minute SPA reservation costs 2,000 RMB, the SPA infrastructure is too poor, I once doubted whether it is a five-star hotel? Too simple

Unexpectedly, this is one of the most cost-effective hotels in Dubai! Very quiet, with amazing scenery, with your feet in South America and your heart around the world! ! !

Before boarding the ship, I thought that the check-in time was not enough at 3 o'clock. In fact, I had already checked in at the dock. After arriving at the hotel, the scenery was invincible. The service was very detailed. When I took a shower and went to eat, the room was cleaned and the towels were folded again. There are only two restaurants on the island. The taste is basically the same as the fine dinning in the city, or even better. The breakfast is organic food, rich and nutritious. The service staff is professional, strong and responsible. The whole hotel trip is very smooth and comfortable. Full of sincerity, after leaving the island, the car was air-conditioned in advance.

This hotel is on an island. If you come to Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended. The environment and general public facilities are not in good condition.

Race race

Nice hotel. But the problem starts from the time you arrive at the Jetty we were made to wait for 45 mins to the resort. On the way back the wait offered was 1 hour, and upon multiple follow ups we got a boat back in 30 mins. It just took away the charm from all. Overall not the best of experience…!

It was such an amazing experience, calm atmosphere, nice beach, water is cool and we saw a lot of beautiful fish there. Of course our trip wouldn’t be that good without welcoming team members, they were so nice and made us feel like home. We definitely want to come again and stay longer. We wanted to thank Zainab, she was so friendly , so kind and even arranged an island tour for us and we still can’t forget it!! Also big thanks to Sanabou and Ochoa. You are fantastic!

Thank you very much to all of the staff we have met over the last week. In particular the kids club, who looked after our son with so much happiness & care. On the morning we left, the staff (who were on their day off) came to deliver a personalized goodbye to our son who’d had an amazing few days in their company. Thank you to Ocha, Sainabou, Chanduika, Nikini, Bruce & Sam. We were always greeted for breakfast by Diksha, Garren & Alex with a warm smile, they went above and beyond to accommodate us & our son every morning. The breakfast (especially the coffee) was amazing. In addition, the staff in Helios mainly Cherry & Maria were fantastic with us. The staff are a credit to this place and make it a much better stay. The food in both restaurants for dinner was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing staycation.
