First at all our room was changed from the back side to first line as a “compliment” from the hotel, until I realised that there is a 24 hour repair at the beach, every day continuing 10 days and nights with these machines working all the time!!! Very loudly in the room, louder at the pool, can’t sleep 😴 discusting!!!
Second of all: the room cleaners are from India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and € 300 missed from my personal wallet ( my bad, that didn’t use the safe). After a lot of talks with a guy who is responsible for the safety there, he told me that couldn’t find my money at the room cleaners and suggest me to call the police for checking the fingerprints on my wallet, if they match with these of the cleaners than there would have an investigation… This maybe would took all the time from my vacation and I refused!!!
Very disappointing vacation, Dubai is the best place for relax, BUT NEVER in this place again, NEVER 👎!
P.S. The service at the restaurant, the food is perfect 👍

Самый лучший отель в котором я был за много лет. В первую очередь хочется отметить расположение - возле Roda Beach находится всё что нужно для приятного отдыха - супермаркет, несколько разных кафе, пляж, прокат кайтов, сапов и прочего оборудования. Во вторых архитектура отеля выгодно отличается от других, это не безликие строения из бетона и стекла, тут чувствуется местный дух, и смотреть на него очень приятно. И самое главное - персонал который тут работает. Все сотрудники относились к нам максимально заботливо, было ощущение что мы приехали в гости к любящим родственникам. Номер у нас был очень просторный, с приятным запахом и более чем оборудован (наличие стиральной машинки в номере было настоящим приятным шоком) в помещениях отеля всегда очень чисто и приятно пахнет, даже тренажёрный зал поддерживается в идеальном состоянии. У нас был идеальный пляжный отдых, завтрак-бассейн-пляж-бассейн, и в то же время поехать куда-то в центр или за покупками не было проблемой. И что ещё приятно - на этой части пляжа не так много людей, и в будние дни можно было почувствовать настоящее уединение.

I bought membership for the facilities of Roda resort Jumeirah, as I’m neighbor of this hotel. Amazing view from the second floor on the kite beach, good swimming pool and restaurant. I liked steam room and gym was there almost every day. But separately I would like to say thanks to Vincent. Was very helpful!!!
