The service is very good! The front desk and security are all very nice. The room is spacious and the odd-numbered rooms have sea views! 5 minutes walk to the green line subway

The room itself was nice. But the check-in experience is relatively poor. Hotel service staff are very unprofessional.
1. I booked a superior king room and reminded the front desk, but the king room was still arranged. I had to ask again before they changed my room.
2. The staff just responded to my message and walked straight into the room after I opened the door. Very uncomfortable. Lack of security.
3. Ordering half board, ordering dinner is more complicated. No one answered after the front desk called room service. You need to go to the front desk in person to solve it. We had dinner 3 times and went to the front desk 2 times to communicate.
4. The club is too noisy and will last until two or three in the morning, which greatly affects your rest.
5. Breakfast is so-so.

It was a great stay. The Filipino receptionist did check-in was very nice. A gentleman from in-room dining served a beverage very helpful. Also, the HK staff delivered the amenities on time. The security officer is very good always greeted me. Will visit again soon.

0 on cleanliness and maintenance, 0 on service, and 0 on friendliness. One of the most untrained, unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. All staff had really bad attitudes, was impossible to have any normal conversation with them. All hallways even on non-smoking floors smelled of smoke. Very big shame. If they ever have an inspection I'm sure it will be closed down within minutes. Also not sure where they got their stars from but definitely not a 4 star hotel.
