體驗很差。杜拜八天行程，前面兩家酒店是華美達和萬豪，都不錯。最後住的絕佳酒店。房間陽台鎖都是壞的，外面有工地施工，又吵又不安全。換房間也是壞的鎖。同行三個房間鎖都是壞的。卧室還有一股子腳臭味。
好處是房間夠大，可以做飯公寓那種。
但整體感受太差了，和價錢不匹配。和前台溝通也不愉快，反應屋子裡有蚊子也沒有處理。

1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com)
2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights.
3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

公寓挺不錯的，打算做飯，讓一個加納小哥帶我們參觀了房間和使用廚具，態度非常好，就是我們要退房的時候，另一個印度小夥來幫我們提行李，往旁邊一放，把酒瓶打碎了，一句sorry都不講，就走開了，經理馬上過來讓我們留號碼準備賠償我們，非常不愉快！打碎了酒瓶沒有一句道歉，幾千塊的東西就這麼沒了，最重要是買了很多衣服的單準備去機場退税的都被弄濕了

Have a great service from Damac distinctions staff. We book 2 rooms for 4 nights. The location is very good near to Dubai mall and burn Khalifa. The lady on travel desk her name is magnet . She help us for tours in Dubai. Have a great stay in Damac.

In Summe war der Aufenthalt ok. Umar war sehr hilfsbereit, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Appartements waren großzügig und wir hatten den Blick auf den Burj Kalifah gebucht. Das lohnt sich durchaus. Preis Leistung war ok, aber nicht überragend. Denn das Hotel hat nichts mit einem 5-Sterne Hotel zu tun. Die Lage des Hotels ist fabtastisch, man kann von hier bis zum Burj oder Dubai Mall sehr gut laufen oder eines der Fahrräder nutze (Careem App) Zu den negativen Punkten: aktuell 05/2024 ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle. Das schmälert die Erfahrung, aber ist eben so. In Dubai wir überall gebaut. Der Pool ist ok, aber ein absolutes No-Go: nicht mal 10 Liegen für das Riesen Hotel, teilweise durchgelegen/kaputt. Da frag ich mich schon, muss das sein. Dann hat die Poolbar nicht auf. Und man sollte wissen, dass es ein dry-Hotel ist. Am letzten Tag hatte. Wir keinen Kaffee mehr auf dem Zimmer, was ich anmerkte und man uns direkt einen Ausgebrn wollte. Fair, aber unser Taxi war bereits da. Fazit: lage sehr gut, Blick sehr gut, Preis ok, Baustellenlärm sollte man wissen, Pool geht so.
