It was all I needed for my business trip. I had read plenty of negative reviews and I was already not looking forward to my stay but surprisingly, it wasn’t as bad as I thought. It’s close to the area I needed and not very far from the metro station. Staff were generally polite and after a long day I enjoyed my night’s sleep. I missed a flight and even if they have a 100% no refund policy, they were able to book on the next days I had a flight. Thanks to the trip team too for helping out on this.

I recently had a 12 hour transit in Dubai and decided to book a room at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira for some muchneeded rest.I’m glad I made that choice!The hotel is conveniently located just a 15minute drive from Dubai Airport,making it ideal for a quick stopover. The room was impressively spacious and comfortable,providing the perfect environment for a restful sleep.After a long journey,I truly appreciated the comfort and tranquility of my accommodations. The overall experience was very positive,everything was in good order and I felt well taken care of during my brief stay.The hotel was a perfect spot to recharge before continuing my travels. If you find yourself in a similar situation with a short layover,I highly recommend the Ramada Plaza in Deira.It’s an excellent choice for a quick and restful stay!

This is my second stay. There is a mall nearby and the location is very good. The rooms are very nice and the staff are friendly. On the last day, I am worried that there were cockroaches.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, offering spacious rooms to its guests. However, it appears that the housekeeping staff may not be doing an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness as the rooms were not very clean. During my stay, I encountered some plumbing issues as my bathroom was constantly leaking, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the hot water wasn't working initially, but the hotel staff managed to fix it the following day. The WiFi service provided was not up to the mark as it wasn't working correctly. If you're looking for better connectivity, you would have to pay extra for an improved connection.

One of the best places visited in dubai.....the room service was brilliant n kudos to Mohd Obaid....abit slow at the reception but overall nice ambiance n will visit again for sure. Loved the recreational centre but a request is please put a shade near the pool n extend the timing from 5.30 to atleast 9pm.

Went for Arabic night, wonderfull food, choice of salad, chicken moussakhan, okra beef, one of the best chicken moulakhiya I ever had in Dubai, Chef is preparing fresh kebab like lamb kofta and shish tawook which is fresh and delicious, we will sure come back and also we will try Indian night also one day, staff is very polite and friendly thank you so much all.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Rigga. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the red metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were diverse and tasty, providing a great start to the day. The hotel also has a travel desk, which is really convenient for planning excursions. Additionally, it's close to convenience stores, restaurants, and a mall. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely return to the hotel.

The staff of the Crowne Hotel are very friendly polite and courteous. The manager at Spice Island restaurant, Ivie, is vey nice. My comment - the rooms need renovation, specially the toilet/shower room. Bed skirt needs to be washed. Carpet need to be shampooed. There are lots os small ants.

Service of grand Excelsior has very much improved and exceeded expectations, food is great, facilities are up to standards, location is one of the best. Pros - large room - value for money - location Cons - the front desk staff didn't assist me even Im the one came to the desk first and I have to stand aside as his attention was on the other guests whose coming behind me. - unstable internet connection, it keeps disconnecting most of the time. - it get noisy at times like when someone using the washroom on the above floor you can hear the water on the drainage, sound from the club and people passing by the corridor. - old room vibe, the room needs renovation. - bathroom was fine but the toilet seat was not totally clean I saw some pee droplets and hairs so I have to wipe it myself. - the remote was not clean for a long time, Im not even sure if I want to touch that remote. - theres like 3 channels that are not working (see photo).

Hotel is in Deira and just a short 3 minute walk to Salah-a-Din metro station on the green line, just one change (at Union metro station) from airport T1 & T3 on the red line so excellent for those who wish to use public transport. T2 is a few stops by bus to/from the Reef Mall stops, a mere 5 minute walk away. Also, many restaurants are within walking distance. At the very competitive hotel rate plus the location, this is a great choice.
