As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know first-hand what defines a great hotel experience, and this property continues to exceed expectations with every stay. Having stayed here before, I can confidently say the service keeps getting better over time. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless, warm, and incredibly professional, argely thanks to Carla. She truly elevated my business trip into something smooth and stress-free. From the generous upgrade to a beautifully clean and quiet room, to arranging a late check-out with no hesitation, nothing was ever too much to ask. Carla embodies everything hospitality should be: proactive, friendly, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The entire staff shares this attitude, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. It’s rare to find such consistency in service across the board. Whether you’re in town for meetings or just need a well-balanced mix of productivity and relaxation, this hotel checks all the boxes. Fast Wi-Fi, great amenities (pool & gym), and a calm ambiance made it easy to focus and unwind. If you’re looking for a stay where professionalism meets warmth and efficiency, for sure this the place. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

Honestly, I cannot be happier with Jumeirah Living Gate and all about it. I was looking for something relatively long-term to stay in Dubai, yet I wanted to have hotel vibes and all the amenities in place. Jumeirah Living Gats is a super new place, they opened only in September 2020, so I truly love NEW Furniture, and overall the design and the vibes of the place. They do have everything you need: great swimming pool with a heated little pool, sundeck, a business lounge, a great gym + sauna and hummum. Nearby you have a great walking promenade (super rare for Dubai), 2 (!) supermarkets, a coffee shop, a shopping centre nearby, a healthy cool restaurant in the building. At the same building, there is a king's college London hospital - so you can get your covid test before flying, they have a manicure and all these beauty treatments in the same building too, so - there is even no reason to go out))) To me one of the most important aspects is PEOPLE. and I must say at Jumeirah Living Great the whole team is AWESOME. Everyone - super polite, super helpful, smiley and you truly feel like at home. I never had a similar attitude somewhere else. I had some questions on arrival - everything was resolved within seconds. Thank you to the whole team! In particular (I wrote down some names, but not the whole list!) Jimmy, Naval, Muhhamad from the sales/management team. Rabina, Jarkyn from the reception Robert, Bilal, Sanjoy from customer service/reception Business Lounge: everyone is great too super attentive to every client and do everything beyond expectations. I remember Josephine, Ali, Rizmi, thank you guys, and the rest of the team too! I am back in a week time and look forward to it.

Very good. As a family trip, it is very cost-effective to book a room during the period when the exhibition is not held. I did not expect to be able to stay in such a house in this place during the Chinese New Year. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the service is also excellent. Anoma's smile is so charming. Healing and making people feel at home. The hotel has all the cooking pots and utensils, and there is a small supermarket below. It is very convenient if you want to cook some food occasionally. It seems that many Chinese people don’t know this place to stay. I haven’t met other Chinese people. I highly recommend it. .

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel, and it’s hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the cleanliness impeccable, and the location simply perfect. Having traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous 5-star hotels, I can confidently say the staff’s professionalism and warmth here truly stand out. The breakfast was outstanding, with top-notch quality and variety. I was also touched by the thoughtful surprise of a gold leaf cake for my upcoming birthday—an unforgettable gesture! Words can’t fully capture how amazing this stay was, but I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!! For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant. Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you?? I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.

📍 Located next to the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, the four major hotels are connected by water and land. The overall building is a castle-style building. There are beautiful cars and beauties everywhere. Most of them are white people, and there are very few Chinese. You can take a free boat tour around the four major hotels, sunbathe on Jumeirah Beach (water and popsicles 🆓, you can scan the code to order next to each lounge chair), visit the Jumeirah Castle Market 🏰, and children can play in the kids club (various activities will be organized, and the custody 🆓 will be until 6 p.m.). The children's outdoor swimming pool is 50cm deep and has several security guards. 🛏️ Renovated in 2019, Middle Eastern style (heavy furniture, a bit flashy), the room is cleaned twice a day, and beach shoes and beach bags are provided in the room. Note that the wedding anniversary is upgraded to a suite, and a New Year gift box 🎁 (red envelope + luggage tag), children's gift package (sun hat, arm swimming ring, sketchbook and crayons), chocolate cake and fruit plate are provided. 🍳There are two breakfast restaurants, one in the main restaurant and one by the swimming pool.

After staying last year, I recommended booking a 2nd-floor beachfront villa in the first row. The view was expansive, and it was convenient to get to the beach. This year, I went again, and by chance (due to a full house, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, but we could only check in at night, and for our subsequent plans, we couldn't enjoy late check-out from the suite), I unexpectedly discovered that villas in the back rows also offer good value for money; you don't always need the top-tier option. However, for the back-row rooms, I still recommend the 2nd floor for the expansive view. On the 1st floor, with buggies passing by, privacy is always a bit compromised. Also, you can check a map or notes to see which villa/room you're getting. Rooms facing the inner canal are quite good, while those facing the lawn have a slightly less appealing view. A 60-square-meter room is very spacious for two people. I believe all 2nd-floor rooms come with a balcony. The bathroom is quite large, almost half the size of the room. The price for the most basic room without breakfast is only one-third of the sea-view suite. Plus, Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are included (if you go early, you can get free large towels, but they run out later. No need to rent a locker if you don't have valuables). Breakfast is 250 RMB per person, half price for children. You can book with breakfast or add it on-site if you decide to go. Dining at the hotel is quite expensive. A bowl of plain rice is 80 RMB, and spring rolls at 150 RMB are just ridiculous. The hotel claims to have 20 restaurants, but honestly, there isn't much to eat. A taxi ride to the nearby Mall of the Emirates costs 100 RMB round trip, and there's a food court downstairs with burgers, pizza, and Chinese food. But this doesn't compensate for the expensive/limited hotel dining options. The breakfast in the main building is good; the egg chef is very skilled, making sunny-side-up eggs tender but not undercooked. Fruits and bread are plentiful, though Chinese-style options are limited to some steamed dim sum. The cleanliness and housekeeping of the room are impeccable. During this stay, the butler service improved; there were no more unanswered calls, and they were generally very enthusiastic. The buggies and abra boats usually arrived quickly. The only frustrating part was the local staff's math during checkout. We had one night upgraded to a suite, then for the next three nights, all upgrades and breakfast were canceled, and we paid separately for breakfast for 4 days (2 people for 2 days, 3 people for 2 days). The entire checkout process, the butler (the only one I had to complain about this time, a Caucasian person who seemed unenthusiastic), upon seeing I had an issue with the bill, actually said she couldn't handle it and told me to go to the front desk to check out. The front desk recalculated several times and finally found that one day's meal charges were incorrect, and one transaction was misallocated... it took 4 recalculations in total. Of course, the front desk ladies were very patient, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was also very patient. We arrived quite late, and he still explained the upgrade costs. After the first night's upgrade, he even arranged a late check-out for the room change the next day. Although he mistakenly upgraded us to a 1st-floor sea-facing suite instead of the room type I wanted, his attitude was very good, which prevented me from getting angry.

Fantastic service and atmosphere, everyone was extremely kind, it felt natural and sincere. My whole family felt great and we appreciated the kind welcome. The room is nice and spacious. The style is not for everyone - I prefer modern and elegant interiors but my parents liked it although it’s a bit kitchy. Anyway it’s super clean and comfortable. The surroundings of the hotel are great and a lot to do. The only downside was breakfast - pastries seem low quality and they were not particularly delicious. The rest very avarage. The service was wonderful thought and they did their best to accommodate my alergies - it’s just that the food wasn’t tasty enough. They also prepared a cake for my mom’s bday which was super nice. I think it’s a splendid hotel and I would surely come back.
