Vida Creek Beach Hotel

Dubai Festival City
We reached there at 6PM, totally tiered and was expecting a comfortable room will be waiting for us. But it took about an hour for the staff to make the room ready. Don’t know what they had to do. After an hour of staying at reception we finally reached in room and saw both beds were joined. We requested them again to make twin beds as separate. It again took a long. All were good but services was below average

I loved this hotel but I got so disappointed about how I’ve been served at my check out: once I’ve parked my car in front of the hotel door the guy literally took out my suite case from my hands while I was trying to fix it and this annoyed be a lot, at the check out there was a weird guy that was asking me some strange questions ( like, ‘have you already arrived?’ Which doesn’t make any sense since I’ve show my emirates ID and I’ve highlighted the I am living in UAE or questions about my booking or let me feel in faulty just because I’ve used my lunch break for checking in and he said that Check in was opening at 3.00pm only. I’ve came that was 2.30pm by the way..) and he was sooo slow. When I get back to my car the Valet parking was also strange and he was pretending to give me the parking ticket even when I’ve heavily explained that I was going back at work so no point to give me the ticket. The morning after I’ve complained that my shower drainage was smelling of moulds and my sockets weren’t working at all, the guy at the reception promised me that these issues would have been fixed but when I’ve came back at night time from work same problems were there and any eng team came at all for the whole day. As well the day after I’ve stayed in the room cause I’ve didn’t feel well and no one from reception called be for checking if the room was fine or I need to move. They just called me to go down and pay my extra night that I’ve regularly booked a day in advance and when I highlighted that ver service was poor they just offered me another room that I’ve accepted but wasn’t worth it 700 aed per night! I’m sad case I’ve came at the propriety 2 years ago and the service was awesome, it’s alarming how the standard has been dropped down but still you dare to charge so much.
