I booked a twin room, but when I checked in, it was said that there was no twin bed, and I was given a double bed + sofa. I asked Ctrip to coordinate before changing back to the twin room. The mood of traveling suddenly becomes unpleasant.

This is probably one of the best hotels in NW Columbus. GM Steve and his team really went above and beyond during our stay at this hotel. Very well maintained facilities with amazing service. The restaurant and M Club are great! The lobby is well lit and spacious. Perfect for work sessions. My partner and I definitely enjoyed every moment of our stay with no issue.

A big thank you to Bailey and the staff at the Marriott for providing us with such a nice meeting room. The room was way larger than we actually needed, but very clean and nice. It was equipped with a TV and HDMI cable if needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail (pens/pad/mints at every seat). The room was the perfect place for our customer meeting. We had all we needed. The room was also had a nice beverage/snack area (we did not utilize), but if you needed, the room had it. Great value and a nice place to have a meeting.

Elite Marriott member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler. The property and staff were all top notch. 5/5 recommend. The front desk were incredibly kind. The staff and service really sets this property apart! I specifically want to mention and thank Henry and Tajx. They were both exceptionally accommodating and responsive to during the stay! We had a quick visit for a conference. Checkin was a breeze, and staff happily brought us extra towels, soap, etc. Clean, spacious room. Excellent location in close proximity food and entertainment. The M-club lounge was nice for a free breakfast for elite members. The stay member in there was really nice - I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name. Also enjoyed a stop by the Two brothers bar. Definitely a step above! We will see you again!

Great, relaxing stay as always! The staff is friendly and helpful. Great family hotel, my son loves the pool! The rooms are always really clean and the beds are comfy. We will definitely be staying again soon! I highly recommend this hotel!!
