Very close to downtown

Room was comfortable and clean. Problem was at check in.. stood there for several minutes while the desk clerk watched the Celtics/Miami game in the lobby. He definitely saw me come in as he was sitting in the lobby. Didn’t get any warm fuzzies from him when he finally got up from the game.
Breakfast was bad.. coffee was horrible , I got the last cold stale biscuit and it was only 6:30 am ,
b fast started at 6. Took almost 25 minutes to get new batch out. Check out wasn’t much better than check in.. At least they were professionally dressed. Had wrong email address somehow and haven’t received my email receipt yet so they must have made a typo when putting the correct one in.

Overall it’s what you think it would be, place to lay your head down. Clean beds and hotel rooms. Food was fine for a hotel breakfast. Two things would help would be larger pillows in the rooms and when we checked out and went to grab coffee, it was cold. Those are the reasons why it’s not ranked higher. Close to historic Dublin which is a plus.

Our room in the Hampton Inn in the Dublin Bridge Park area was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were typical for hotels, but good.
The comforter on the king size bed was thick and warm. Our only issue was the room temperature. We set the thermostat to 68o/heat and by the morning, it felt like 80o. We would have been better off to leave it at 68o/cool. The room felt a bit cool when we arrived, but with the warm comforter, we would have been fine.
