The Hotel's architecture and included amenities were great. They had a complimentary Snacks and Drinks social every night for guests, and the included breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in ages.
However, due to the previous nights guests, the Pool was "Temporarily closed" and, while the staff was very friendly, they continuously gave us incorrect information about when the pool area would be cleaned, so we never got to swim while we were there. We were told several times that it'd be open at "X" time, and it never was, and we just became the next shifts problem.
Overall, it was a good visit and we'll be staying here again in the future. Just be sure that there isn't a cheerleading competition being held nearby before booking, if you want to swim.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a little weekend getaway. I no issues here. I wasn't charged for parking. There was no moldy spell in the rooms. There was no heavy perfume smell in the room to mask any issues. The carpet was clean. (It past my black light test). There was a few areas near the edges that was starting to come apart. The evening reception was ok. The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was exactly what I expected from an Embassy. The only negative I would give was the bartender wasn't what I would say, dressed for the job. Looked like he was called in to cover for someone that didn't show up. The snacks were subpar. Other wise, everything was good. (Don't read any reviews that has anything below 5 reviews. I sometimes think it's just a nearby hotel trying to stir the pot)

I loved the layout of the suite, and all the shower gel lotion, shampoo creamer that was in the shower on hooks was so nice to have everything there for you. And in the morning the chef made us omelettes that were fantastic the layout of the hotel with the glass elevator was so cool.

Great place to stay the people are very nice. The only thing was that I booked the room four people and accessible. The room was not and was only set up for two people. It was my daughter's birthday so I didn't say anything, but it was disappointing.

Paying to park at a hotel in Dublin Ohio is insane. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years, and it has not been updated in at least ten years. Cleanliness is not at the expected level for an Embassy Suite. Couch in the suite was older and worn out, same for the desk and table chairs. Pool area had an ant infestation. Very disappointing that this hotel has gone down hill. You definitely are treated differently as a family then I have been treated when I am with a large group reserving rooms and conference rooms!
