Best best customer service that I've ever Experience Honestly from a hotel before front desk lady Whitney is absolutely the the best She is awesome. She makes sure she takes Care of everything you need! 10/10 forsure! Had the most awesome experience.

Quan was wonderful. Handled my situation with grace and professionalism. Very easy to work with and the hotel is nice. Rooms smell and look clean and parking around the building is no issue. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll gladly come back to this establishment

The front desk service is terrible. Nobody is ever at the front desk. Ever. After about 8 or 9 pm if you need anything as a guest, you are on your own pretty much. Room service is supposed to be every two weeks, I’ve been here over a month and have had to ask each time. They do not come on their own as scheduled.

Room was filthy. Other people’s shaving hairs all over the sink, used towels behind the door. Floors made our feet black in 20 min. Said complimentary breakfast, which ended up being packet oatmeal for your room.

Don’t book this hotel. They first gave up the room we booked and then split us up in two rooms. The hotel smelled so bad of mold and other food odor we had to lower down the AC and left the room for the air to circulate.

Advertised for hot breakfast but was a joke! No juice only thing hot was instant oatmeal. Mattress in room horrible worse than a swayback horse.

The facility and room are clean, bed comfortable. My only negatives are lack of an ice machine and the "breakfast" was coffee, oatmeal packet, and some packaged muffins. No fruit or juice, let alone any hot items. You also have to ask for dishes, utensils, cookware
As I was here only 1 night, that was not an issue. The area is quiet with many restaurants nearby.

The bedroom door was wide open when we arrived. The reason was probably due to the wet dog smell that permeated the room. This smell did not go away and made for a quick retreat in the morning.
