The front desk staff Ashley and Desirae are nice. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This location is also convenient to stores and restaurants nearby. I also appreciate the housekeeping staff for making sure my room is cleaned properly. Furthermore, I feel comfortable staying here.

The staff were very friendly and no extra charge for our puppy. The mattress i slept on was very worn on one side, i had a backache within 30 min. The middle of the mattress still had some support. My autistic son came out of the bathroom saying "grasshopper", so i dont know what type of insect had been there. Very dated, but also very budget minded at less than $80.

Love this RRI! Friendly staff from the moment you walk in. They really took care of me being a solo woman traveling for work. Made me feel safe and well taken care of. Management went above & beyond and very Friendly housekeeping. Room was clean and updated with a huge new TV, soft towels (which is a must) and all the things you could need to prepare coffee to reheating leftovers etc. Would recommend this hotel because of its great location to so many restaurants and places to go. Great value! Will be back for sure!!

The young man at the check-in desk (Mehrab) went above and beyond common courtesy to make sure things were going well! Our card keys for our room did not work for some reason and he made everything right!
