Good things: clean, comfy bed, room was spacious enough for the two of us. The lobby space is very nice, calm, smells good, when you’re sat in the restaurant/bar it’s a very pleasant experience. They were very good at refreshing our room when we were out. Great location, everything is walking distance and there’s plenty of bus and tram stops nearby if needed. A couple of great brunch places nearby (we tried Koffee & Kale) and a great cocktail bar (Big Romance) just down the road too. Staff could not have been nicer, more welcoming or friendly which was appreciated. Room for improvement: walls are very thin! In our third floor room we could hear slamming doors, tvs and voices from neighbouring rooms (at all hours). Only espresso cups in the room, had to keep going down the reception to ask for a teacup/mug to make a brew. Only whole milk in the mini bar. Room was quite hot. View was not good (though did appreciate having a big window which opened). Breakfast was very expensive (€17-19pp so we ate out instead.
