No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

The location is good, you can walk to important attractions in Dublin for half an hour; the hotel service is good, and guests can do their best to meet their needs; the food in the hotel restaurant is also delicious 😋

The hotel room is very big, the breakfast must be praised, and the hotel staff is very nice, helping us buy long-distance bus tickets

Nice professional staff. Pedestrian friendly and near to local businesses and sights.

Our favourite place for a short stay in Dublin. Comfortable, central, friendly and with great breakfast. The public spaces are very well kept but our room 419 was showing signs of wear and tear and could do with some sprucing up. We are pleased that there are no superfluous cushions and bed runners and that they have stopped using disposable shampoo containers. The Coburg restaurant is excellent.

Always a great stay at the Conrad Dublin. You truly cannot name at the location

This was an enjoyable stay from start to finish. Given Upgrade on the room which was a surprise for a weekend stay. Hotel looking lovely after recent refit. Breakfast very good.
