Staff at reception were amazing and so helpful. 5 stars for them! Could not do enough for us. Excellent location in the heart of everything. However, our room was very dusty and required some minor maintenance . There was visible dust everywhere which really put me off- light shade was covered, beds, tables. Bed was comfy and the room was warm .

A fuir absolument ! De la musique à fond jusqu'à 2h du matin le premier jour et jusqu'à minuit le second jour via la discothèque située sous les chambres (ironie de la situation : un petit mot dans l'ascenseur qui demande aux visiteurs de respecter le sommeil des clients à partir de 22h !). Rideaux pleins de tâches et aérateur de la salle de bains très sales (pj photo). Hôtel 4 étoiles non justifiées.

I could not of asked for anything more. I spent my birthday here and Jennifer could not of done more to make this super special. Thank you so much!!
Room was immaculate, staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and cooked amazingly. I could not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much again, you were simply brilliant!

This wasn’t our first stay but it will be our last. Our room while large had no storage for clothing, no luggage rack and no shelving for towels in the bathroom. In addition at the side of our bed was a night table the size of a postage stamp. On the plus side Toast the breakfast restaurant was plentiful and good asst. lastly if staying request room in the back off Main Street.
