Very good hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
Bus stop just around the corner, Dublin Old Town 10 minutes, Temple Bar 15 minutes. I would book again on my next trip.

The walls between the rooms are so thin that I can hear every word the neighbours are saying. Add to this the fact that four people next door decided to have a ******* bender which had them up the entire night right up until 11AM and you can kiss your sleep goodbye. Initially there were about 8 people in the room being extremely loud so I called the front desk, they sent security, and there was blissful silence for all of 10 minutes. Hotel was very responsive there, can't complain about the staff. Anyway then a few of them snuck back in. From that point on they weren't being particularly loud, they were just talking and occasionally laughing. But I could hear every. single. word. Even with noise-cancelling earphones in I could hear them above my music. An entire night lying wide awake because of the hotel's crappy construction. You're rolling the dice at this hotel. If you even end up next-door to somebody who snores prepare for a sleepless night.

The location was so good. Major spots are within walking distance and the staff was very friendly. The room was just so-so, especially the bathroom shower. Dublin hotels are expensive, so it's good value for money, but I don't think it's 4 stars.

Not bad. The location is very convenient. There is a large Tesco at the door. There is an airport bus within a few minutes' walk. However, the buses in Dublin are not very punctual. It is recommended to go early and wait.

The room is spacious and clean. It is in the business district and is very convenient for travel.
The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. I left something at the customer's office and the customer mistakenly sent it to another hotel with the same name. The hotel staff patiently helped me contact me and taught me how to get there.
