The price was very reasonable for city centre Hotel, the hotel has great bar and lobby area, very convenient to access to bus services.

So disgusting ! 1. The duvet have hair 2. The cleaner vacuum the hallway at 9 PM ! IMAGINE THE NOISE ! 3. There are mosquitoes 4. Most of all no blow-dry on my room. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE! I will never recommend and comeback here ! I should forget that there is an existing hotel in 23 O'Connell Street Upper, North City, Dublin, D01 C3W7

even though the hotel is going through major renovations our stay was superb. Great quality room, great location for everything The service in the ambiance in the Lobby Bar was so good and the Guinness was on point Breakfast was excellent and we found the tables in Toddy's bar great as you could people watch on to Oconnell street

Excellent hotel, undergoing some refurbishment so some workmen around with associated noise and disruption. Had 1 small issue with our room, offered and accepted a change of room, which the hotel sorted within an hour of arriving and checking in. Able to leave bags on check in and check out days without any problems. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and catered for all diets and requirements. Central location on O'Connell Street, easily walkable to most central attractions and hop on / off bus tours directly outside. Would 100% stay again.

Great location, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff

Since we arrived, check in and saw our room, everything was good. But when we tried to take shower, we found out the problem. At the first night, we tried long long time to adjust the water’s temperature but unfortunately it was still not working. The water was way too too too hot and it became too too too cold when we tried to adjust a little bit. There was no medium temperature or the medium temperature could only last for 10 seconds. So we was difficultly finishing our shower at the first night. (It was frustrating because Dublin was 0 degrees, we was super cold after took shower.) We went to the reception at the other day morning and told them about this problem. They sent some maintainers to our room and after that they told us the problem has been fixed. At that night, we tried the shower again and it was still the same. I went to the reception immediately and requested to change our room because we desperately want to take a normal shower. They finally arranged me a half size room and which is fine because I was tired to argue with this stupid stuff. But the water pressure of the new room was very weak and also the water was just warm and cannot make it hotter. I just want to take a comfortable shower and I really don’t understand how can it became so difficult. Beside, most of the staff don’t have any smile. They were not rude but they just looked unhappy. Due to the reason above, I don’t think this hotel deserve 4 stars. And I would suggest tourists go somewhere else for stays. The positive thing: The breakfast was good. Perfect location.

The room is quite small and the hotel facilities are a bit old. I was expecting a bit more about a Riu hotel. Location is great

Friendly and welcoming staff. Helped us come up with ideas for how to spend our night in Dublin. Breakfast was delicious! The room was satisfactory and served its purpose (being there only one night meant that we were not really staying in the hotel that much). Our view was not scenic but again, not really a problem for us. Great central location and inspires confidence if you wish to use local public transport to get around. Would recommend this hotel for Dublin and go again.

Well overdue a refurbishment. Rooms and bathrooms are tired. There’s virtually no soundproofing. Breakfast and location were good

We were allowed to check in early. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We decided to eat in the restaurant that night and the food was amazing. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the staff were so helpful The facilities at this hotel are very good and the decor was lovely

We arrived, and dealt with by friendly agent at reception. We were upgraded to a very nice room which had 2 good size double beds. The room was clean and fresh Reception put in a curtesy call to check we were comfortable. The beds were great and the breakfast had everything you would expect. Checkout was efficient. The location is good for proximity to all shopping areas. The street itself can become a little unsafe after 10pm. Close to everything.
