I went there in December, the Christmas decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, I like anywhere of the hotel, the staff attitude is very good, but I can not find slippers in the room, and the heater broke down after one night.

The hotel is close to Dublin County, in a great location, very quiet, very rich breakfast, average gym, clean rooms, warm and thoughtful front desk staff. I will stay here again next time.

Beautiful hotel! Suitable for a family trip, special reminder to Chinese people who make reservations, be sure to buy hotel breakfast! worth! The steak dinner at the hotel was also great, and the beef and mutton in Dublin were just awesome!

Bathroom could be cleaner. Light on in room that someone was supposed to sort. Waited for them but they never arrived. Was told in the morning when I enquired that emergency light stays on all night. Beds really comfortable. Beautiful breakfast.

Had a fabulous stay for St Patrick’s Day weekend, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The property is gorgeous, would definitely recommend and would come back again.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights, but were really disappointed. The location is odd, but fine. However, the hotel wasn't comfortable or welcoming whatsoever, the staff wasn't very friendly, the room service food wasn't good, and the draft from the windows in our room was so bad that we had to keep the thick curtains drawn the whole time to try to stay warm.

A great place to stay in Dublin! Great service. Highly recommend it!
Heater in my room broke down and they were quick to temporarily replace with a portable heater.
It would be great if there could be different room service menu for each day.
