The parking is amazing for long trips the hotel is breath taking. Major complaints to the IHG group as they take such good care of us everytime. Special regards to Aga and the rest of the staff they always go above and beyond. Meetings are so professional here Carol from upstairs always knows how to pick up on your needs and wants from a simple phone call.

This hotel is closed but no one told me. I found out accidentally by calling the number listed to ask a question and the Crowne Plaza answered . Supposedly all of the reservations from HI Express will be honored by them . If you booked several months ago like I did , you need to get ahold of the Crowne Plaza

I would be very careful booking to stay with this Hotel as we had booked and paid back in January 23 only for our travel agent to be emailed right before we were due to fly out of NZ in May 23 that they could no longer honor our booking and would refund our money. Absolutely no explanation as to why, we were then left to scramble around to find alternative accommodation. Very very disappointed in the service

We stayed there in 2019 for college drop off from USA and were very happy. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful. We were permitted to check in many hours early following our 5am landing. Hope to stay there again once they reopen.

I think holiday inn Dublin airport has perfect noise insulation. The rooms are clean and overall is a very nice, modern atmosphere. They offer a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the drivers are right on time and very friendly.

Un petit passage pour un déjeuner et un dîner, tout était parfait, le personnel très accueillant, on nous a même proposé la visite d’une des chambres que nous avons trouvé très cocooning et bien agencé. Salle contemporaine et spacieuse pour déjeuner ou boire un verre . La carte du restaurant est variée et nous avons apprécié notre choix . Très proche de l’aéroport, sans hésitation lors de notre prochain passage nous réserverons une chambre.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte prima di riprendere l'aereo il giorno dopo. Il servizio navetta gratuito da/per l'aeroporto è molto utile, efficiente e inizia molto presto, alle 4 di mattina. L'hotel è nuovissimo, gli spazi comuni e le camere sono puliti e molto curati. All'interno dell'hotel è presente un ristorante - dove abbiamo cenato - in cui si mangia bene e anche un piccolo starbucks. Non abbiamo provato la colazione essendo partiti molto presto. Personale molto cortese. Consiglio molto come appoggio vicino all'aeroporto di Dublino!

I stayed here the night before I flew out of Dublin for the free airport shuttle. From the moment I entered, everything said Crown Plaza. The HIE name is nowhere. There are luxury toiletries in the room, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the staff are very well trained. The free breakfast was extensive and outstanding. I also ate in the restaurant. Excellent food and service again.

We planned our September 2021 trip to Ireland when it was announced that US Citizens would be permitted to travel again Ireland. As usual we booked reservations at the Dublin Airport Holiday In. Express for the last three days of our month long trip, one room with IHG points and one room regular booking. We received confirmation of the reservations. The reservations were reflected in our IHG App. Near the end of our trip I signed into my IHG App to confirm check in time only to learn that our reservations had been cancelled with notice to us. NEVER again will I book a Holiday Inn Express.
