The room is spacious and clean, the lobby service is comprehensive, and there is free parking. The location is next to the canal, and it is easy to get in and out. It is recommended!

Nice hotel But staff at breakfast counter was rude because when i went for the breakfast i said good morning but the guy on the counter didn’t reply and he just asked about my room no. I ordered 1 cappuccino. I sat in lobby for almost 2 hours but no one even came to ask that if i need to order something else or no. I would suggest just avoid from 2 guys on the breakfast counter.

Our room was at the back of the hotel at ground floor with view on a parking lot. This was not clear at the moment of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen another option. The cleanliness of the room was unfortunately disappointing for a 4 star hotel. When we arrived we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned and we asked to change room. We were placed in a room that was connected to the neighbouring room through a door and a very thin wall. We were woken up at 3 am by the noises of our neighbours playing music. The hotel is very well located and the staff is very polite and helpful. However our stay was very disappointing also in light of the price paid.

Our flight arrived early. Not only did Fernando and the team allow as an early check in, they also upgraded our rooms to 2 of the hotels ‘Signature Rooms’. Great location. Friendly and very attentive staff. Good value and great quality breakfast. Wonderful stay.

From the moment we stepped foot into the Mespil Hotel we felt at home. The staff was attentive, helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed, clean, modern and our particular room had a great view of the canal (room 222). We were a mere ten minute walk from the closest Hop on Hop off bus stop. There were several restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, however, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurants were very affordable and delicious. The only con was the lack of a real knowledgeable concierge.
