The location was great for my purpose, I had some business to attend to in Fonthill and the hotel was a stone's throw away. Still needed to drive but it was a 5min drive.
It is also walking distance from Liffey Valley shopping mall. Its a typical large mall with decent restaurants and a cinema.
The hotel is connected to a fitness centre (like a health club) and it offers a gym and swimming pool. Entry is free for hotel guests. Go early, the pool gets crowded after 8.30am.
There is ample parking and it's available at a concessionary rate.
My only grouse was the lack of toiletries provided. Thankfully I had brought my own set. The toilet only has hand soap and shampoo (but the dispenser was almost empty).
Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Worth staying at if you need to be in that area.

Very satisfied, the service is very good! You can see the sunset from the room, provide coffee and tea, complete facilities, convenient transportation, and there is a large shopping mall not far away. The bus stop is very convenient. Free gym and swimming pool.

Was very clean and spacious, even tho it was out from Dublin centre by 20 mins in taxi it was only 5 min away from a shopping centre called Liffey valley that had restaurants and a cinema if you were to look for things to do.

Stayed here for Xmas party night. Rooms are basic need refurbishment. Had a great nite at the Xmas party but was a lot more crowded then the year before. Food was nice..breakfast was shocking next morning. Over all was good stay staff where all amazing have to say. Especially check in staff xxx

Excellent hotel. Well run with excellent staff. We had a sports team there and all had a wonderful time. We visited the swimming pool as a group, and were really looked after by Cathal and team. After that Maria in the restaurant looked after our large group seamlessly. There vitality breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. A fantastic selection of food types. This has turned into a one the most fantastic faithful hotels in all ireland. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben ein super Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das im Hotel integrierte Restaurant. Wir waren uns einig das wir lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen haben. Das Ambiente war ebenso sehr stimmig. Abgerundet wurde dieses Erlebnis durch unsere Kellnerin Jess. Sie hat sich ausgezeichnet, durch ihre Aufmerksame und super freundliche Art. Wirklich ganz toll!!

Great stay-would recommend We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and Sabrina was absolutely exceptional! She really above and beyond. Maria was in training in the restaurant when I went to pay and despite it being her first day she was so confident and friendly, as was the F&B Manager Pawel who took the time to have a great chat with us.

Brilliant stay! Staff were all very professional and accommodating and service was great. We got upgraded on arrival by the lovely reservations/reception team to a large room which was fabulous. Sabrina in the restaurant looked after us so well, she’s an asset to the team, as well as Pawel the manager. Great food and cocktails. Overall great stay and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Will be back.
