Due to some circumstances, I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Dublin Airport on the same day. Conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the Luas station. The shower space has also been renovated and was very comfortable.

I was on a business trip and all the better hotels nearby were fully booked, so I chose this one. The location is next to the bus station. It is very convenient to take Luas, but it will be a bit noisy. The hotel does not provide slippers and bottled water, which is not convenient. The guest rooms were cleaned in a timely manner and well organized.

Location of the hotel is great! Near to Connolly Train Station and bus terminal. Hotel room was small and the floors creaked. Bed was super soft that it sank in. Its Ok if staying for a night and convenience is what you are looking for. Not recommended for families.

It's perfect, the location of the hotel is very good, there are scenic spots around, the transportation is convenient, the service staff is gentle and friendly, they print documents and store my luggage for free, very polite, the room is warm and clean, I will stay again. Very good. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Dublin, very good value for money.

My daughter took my wife away for her 60th birthday. I have witnessed the most appauling aggression and rudeness from the staff towards my wife which has been captured on video. The staff are fortunate that aggressive males were not in the hotel but I very much dount they would have sopoken like this to males. Females stay away from this hotel at all costs. I have the videos if anyone wants to see them.

This is a 3 star rated hotel who charge 4 star prices. For starters the rooms were not well ventilated - considering it was a nice 20 degrees the weekend we stayed the rooms were boiling hot. The room was also quite dated compared to the photos. The mattress needed replacing as it seemed to have only what I can describe as a hard metal bar bordering the edge of it and the pillows quite thin and cheap. The hotel staff were also very unhelpful when we asked if they wouldn’t mind helping us get a taxi as we were a group of 5. And Robert and another staff member were extremely rude and we are in the process of raising a formal grievance as we were shouted at, told to “shh” & “shut up”, discriminated against, and overall just completely disrespected when we were quietly sat in the lobby waiting to go to the airport. This hotel was awful and completely ruined what was a very special trip to Dublin.
