Every part of the staying was amazing! The people working 24/7 at the reception were all so friendly, helpful and problem solvers (giving advice on city stuff, getting us taxis and anything we needed for the staying), also you can text them and the response is fast! The check in and check out are super fast and easy, they have lockers to save your stuff if you’re arriving early or leaving late. The hotel is super clean, well take care and comfortable, also is very well located. The room is super modern and cozy, has the essentials, the only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was the bathroom sink which is very small.

It is a particular system where they provide you with an entry code for the building and another for the room. It is more similar to an Airbnb than a hotel. The rooms are cozy with nice decoration although very small. The bathroom is large with very good pressure in the shower. The location is quite good. One drawback is that, for some rooms, you have to climb stairs with your luggage.

Definitely read reviews and book at own risk. The rooms are tiny - as a solo traveller in a double room, there’s no where for a second full size suitcase, never mind a second person. They are also very hot. The building is old, which does provide charm and curb appeal, but also means thin windows and walls. You can hear traffic outside at all hours. There’s also a club about 3 doors down .. found this out the hard way and it’s open till about 4am. There is 1 staff person at all times and they’re pretty friendly and helpful, but you won’t find room service or anything like you would in your “typical” hotel. Additionally, there is no closet but they do have a small area to hang things.

Very nice new room in an old building. It was small, but perfectly furnished and and completely adequate for one person. The staff was also nice and helpful. And the location of The Earl is perfect: Just a short walk from Stephen's Green. Two small issues, though: The sink in the bathroom is very small; if you are not careful you may splatter water all-over. Another issue was the shower: Part of it fell off. It got fixed at the beginning of my stay. Shortly before I left it fell apart, again. Since The Earl has no elevator, but a very long stair, it may not be suitable for someone with accessibility issues .

Good location for the office I was working in, however the room was tiny, cramped, no ventilation as the window was nailed shut. No air on and so the room was really hot, despite it being just warm outside. No desk / dresser to work off of so I had to go to the reception and use the table there. Not worth the money they charge.

This was the perfect choice for my first time in Dublin. The rooms are great for solo travel and remote work with a comfortable bed, sleek design and work station. My room was spotlessly clean and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I love the sonder app because it offers some discounts whit my bookings and I really appreciate the smooth contactless check in. The Earls will be my go to while visiting Dublin!

I made a terrible mistake in selecting this spot for last weekend's visit to Dublin. My first mistake was not paying as close attention to the price as I should have -- it is literally 5 X's more expensive than it should be (explanation to follow). The rooms are incredible small a poorly appointed. The bathroom is worse -- do not expect to be able to turn around in the shower. The bed was one of the worst I have ever "slept" on -- maybe a function of the 200 thread count plastic bedding and the least expensive mattress money can buy. You will likely wake up in a full sweat given how the bedding / mattress conspire to gather and retain all heat from your body. Somehow I overlooked the "no air conditioning" clause in the contract -- probably a function of being unable to imagine a place charging this much could possible to address that issue. The fact that a pipe burst and there was no water one morning wasn't really a massive hassle but it did seem fitting for this place. Trying to get the attention of the staff is next to impossible and I am not sure that they are there to do anything in particular for the guests -- they were virtually worthless but pleasant enough. (NOTE: The fellow that came to the room to explain the water situation was most pleasant.) As an earlier post noted, the noise level is bad at night with the cars and the people gathering on the corner to wrap up a late night at the pubs. Nice location though near St. Stephen's Green but that is the ONLY redeeming quality. I would avoid at all cost unless the price dropped to $160 per night.

Came back here with my husband and our baby because we loved staying here so much for the first time. Our stay here was super comfortable and our unit was big enough for two adults and a baby. Staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very nice people!
