Hotel room was perfectly pleasant, but the mattress and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable and neither of us got much sleep at all.
Wouldn't recommend based on this alone, because it ruined the entire experience.

I was a little worried when I saw the low rating at first, but I booked it because it was close to the school. Unexpectedly, I felt great after checking in. The furniture in the hotel room felt very high-end, the workmanship was good, and the view from the window was also very good. There is the sea in the distance, the surrounding area is very quiet, and it is convenient to travel. The bus station is 2-3 minutes away from the door.

It's a bit far from the city center, but you can get there quickly by bus. The staff are friendly and the bedding is so comfy that you can sleep well. If you are traveling to Dublin, I would recommend this place rather than the noisy city center.

The environment is beautiful, the building is more distinctive, very close to the University of Dublin where I attended the conference, the breakfast is good, but unfortunately it is only a semi-buffet, the waiter will give it to you, you can't take it yourself, the dinner is good, but it is a bit more expensive.

On Thursday 18/04/24 we celebrated our Golden Jubilee in the hotel. From the start of planning to the end of the celebrations, we were met with professionalism, & courtesy by all the staff. Reception staff were informative & helpful at all times. The food in the restaurant was delicious. A final word to Arthur, who guided us through the day, to give us all, a memory for life. Well done to the Talbot Hotel. We'll drop in again soon. Paula & the Committee for Froebel Class Reunion 50 years 1971-1974
