The hotel is new and has a tram next to it, which makes it easy to go downtown, despite being about 45 minutes away. The correct service, without more.

It is opposite the tram that takes you to the entire city, it has a very nice restaurant, we had a beautiful room and always clean, the only thing is the staff is very uncommunicative, but I think it is in general, but in reality the stay was the best

The initial room we were allocated had a broken sur conditioning system and cleanliness was not acceptable. We raised our concerns and the head housekeeper, Anna, came to our aid and resolved it by arranging another room. She went iut if her way to even assust with moving our bags to the new room. The second room was excellent and no complaints on anything. The hotel had great under cover parking and although a 30 minute tram ride to the city I found the location to be perfect for our 2 day stay.
