The Hotel is just OK. The size of the room is just the size of bed. There is no space for few steps in the room. The space between bed and bathroom is one feet. Room wise worst hotel ever seen. The price is more than 4 star hotel. Quite old building.

Fabulous small boutique hotel. Beautiful, comfortable suite overlooking the garden. Convenient and quiet location, within reasonable walking distance to top areas. Very friendly and helpful staff, available to assist at every opportunity. Highly recommended, book direct for best results.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Very charming, so comfortable and welcoming. Was decorated perfectly and everything was accessible. We loved the espresso machine in the lobby too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back!

The rooms and common areas are clean and look great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet yet convenient, bus stops at both ends of the street the building is on. The room was small but adequate for 2. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. The free parking is a definite plus.

Ranga has been exceptional from the first time I called him until our checkout. He is gent and so accommodating, nothing they can’t do for you. The rooms are quite exquisite! I don’t say this often, but will definitely be back! Thank you guys..

The facility itself if lovely, although the room we were in was too small for two people - we could barely turn around. Would be perfect for one. Great neightborhood, walking distance to everything. The problem we had was with our first night. It was January and it was absolutely freezing in the room. When we went down to ask about it, the young man at the desk said something to the effect of the room not having been used for a few days, and the heat not having been turned on until right before we arrived. It's an old building that heats very slowly (i.e., by the next morning). It was so cold that we slept in our clothes and coats. Had to ask for a blanket twice - the first time we were told that the only one they had was for a twin sized bed. Got a second radiator, but it took a very long time to heat up. Made for a very cold night. Cancelled our plans to return.

We stayed at the Waterloo Townhouse and Suites in Feb 2024 for 3 nights. It was the second visit for us having spent just one night here in 2023. We fell in love with this place on our first visit so it was an easy decision to return for our next trip. From the moment you walk in you relax in the surroundings and it's a far cry from so many hotel experiences you get today. The staff are attentive and always on hand if you need anything. The rooms and whole property and kept to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom had a fantastic shower. The free parking is such a win win when coming to Dublin. Keep up the great work, we will be back!
