Modern hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are quite simple and lack a wardrobe. Bathrooms quite tight

Hotel location good just off main street -however be careful here with drug pushers, pick pockets etc-this part of town not so celebrious! Hotel new and trendy with bar in lobby area very nice -room nice was afraid as on first floor ( had requested a high floor) would be noisy but was soundproof. Maybe not a great view but made up for by location. No shelf space in room or wardrobe-so no good for long stay -trendy but not functional-chair too low for desk etc. No tooth brush etc in bathroom but nice bathroom although small. Lighting in room good but just three pin sockets ( no international sockets) -so bring an adaptor . Had issues with internet so went to reception 3am -man called Issac( Receptionist) extremely helpful and fixed the issues with my laptop to adjust to Hotel wi-fi. Overall a great stay but very expensive for what you get.

This is a new hotel however I felt like it was overpriced for that you get. The rooms seem empty

The bathroom smelled like mold and disrupted my allergies. The shower vent would not shut off and it was loud all night. The drain in the sink was clogged. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Perfect stay. Room was basic but spacious, clean and quiet. Everything worked great and check in staff was amazing and helpful! Great choice if you're in Dublin!

Saying the hotel is very decent for its price is an understatement. Perfect for short term stays. Looking forward to be back in late spring or summer. Lobby has a very pleasant scent. Can anyone tell me what it is?

We stayed here due to Marriott status/ loyalty program for two separate nights on our trip. First night, upon arrival in the morning to Dublin we were given a room around 10am which was very convenient. The room was dark and small, view of alley, very bare in terms of comfort and no place to put anything. Queen bed was comfortable. I asked if any rooms were larger and was told "NO" by front desk staff. Second night stay was the last night of our trip. I asked for a room with more space and this time the gentleman at the desk was happy to try to assist me. We were given a larger room with two beds. The space was better but these beds were like sleeping on concrete slabs. Nothing at all like the first night! I did not sleep at all. The vent system in booth rooms would turn on then turn itself off after 30 minutes. Not comfortable and no way to open windows for fresh air. Bathrooms are tiny. No furniture or place to put two roller bags unless you have an extra bed. No breakfast included for our Marriott. com booking (was not an option) and the food offering if you pay was not great. Also no water offered or Bonvoy member gift given. No coffee offered in the morning unless you pay. Location - centrally located and very short walk to river and city center. This hotel is average and was acceptable for single night stays. I would not stay here for multiple nights. It's a bare bones "city" hotel and for the price I am not sure I would choose this hotel again.

Typical of the Moxy brand, this hotel emphasizes form over function. It is modern and clean, but the rooms lack even a basic table (let alone a desk), and have no closet (just a wall grid on which to hang clothes). The bathrooms have only liquid soap and bizarrely no washcloths are included with the linens (I asked). So, while this is a decent value for an international chain in Dublin, you need to know what you are and aren’t getting if you will be here for business and want a desk, or if you want to be able to actually scrub in the shower.
