Apartments Lozica

The apartment was great with lovely views. We arrived on time but there was nobody to let us in or even explain which apartment it was as there were lots of other apartments with the same name. We finally found a young man who was working on a boat and fortunately had the hosts phone number so was able to let us in. Another couple who arrived later had the same problem. The number we were given by ********** was for **********, who said they didn't have a number for the hosts. As I said, the apartment was really nice with comfy bed, lovely and quiet with great private parking. To eat or shop you need to go into Dubrovnik which shouldn't be a problem as you must have transport to stay there.

The apartment is 10mins drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. So we needed to take an Uber into town every time to access stores and restaurants. Uber eats do not deliver to this location. The view from the apartment is beautiful day and night. You can hire boats from just 2mins walk away. There is a secluded beach within a 10mins walk called Plaža Lozica. We particularly enjoyed this spot as it is a tranquil beach quite far away from the usual busyness of beaches elsewhere. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable and only really accommodated someone who is a little light weighted. The Air Conditioner wasn't as effective in maintaining cooler temperatures especially during the thick heat during midday. Everything else in the accommodation was great. There were sufficient utensils in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the location is once again beautiful.

The only value is the view. Points listed. 1.No clear signage,and hard to see the entrance. 2. 16.00 check in time ,why. 3.Peeling celling, bathroom light globe missing lid,shower holder loose ,towels only suitable for children not adults. 4.Parking,no clear signage. 5.Kitchen ette,garage for the size if the room they are renting. 5.1 toilet roll for 4 If you have a car OK,otherwise nightmare for all food places,and transport facilities. Steer clear as, you can get more bang for your buck,even tho the view is great.Heaps of better views in this region.
