"I stayed in a single room. It was very well-equipped, with a large bed, kettle, and private shower room. The access to Interlaken Ost station is also excellent. You can reach Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Lucerne by a single train. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Ost station, and there are also buses running, so it's fine even if you have heavy luggage."

"We originally booked 5 rooms but only needed 4. We tried to cancel one room 60’seconds after booking and it was declined. I addressed it directly with the property. They told me a manager would review it but so far that hasn’t happened. For amenities it’s a little disappointing, no fridge, no water available and they won’t provide coffee before 7 am. Other than that it was clean, new. It’s not close to old town but close enough. Some taxis can not go to old town."

"Although it is a bit far from the old town, it is still very convenient for self-driving. The hotel is very new and the scenery is nice. I could have given it full marks, but the attitude of the waiter at the hotel's seaside bar at night was really bad, so in order to avoid unpleasantness, it is recommended not to stay in the hotel. Consumption, in addition, as a five-star hotel, I found that the sofa bed was not covered with sheets at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the three people who had reserved it had to make the bed themselves. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that the waiter would get off work at 10 o'clock. After Ctrip customer service coordinated, the hotel The front desk had to quietly bring the bed sheets, which was really weird service. "We've just returned from a weekend in Dubrovnik, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the peaceful Lapad area, with magnificent sea views. The setting is truly superb and very relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, with a splendid view. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It's clear that the establishment is well-managed and that the customer experience is taken seriously. We also really appreciated the easy access to the seaside promenades (via the lower level of the restaurant) and to the Lapad district, which is very lively in the evenings while still being much calmer than the Old Town. The only area for improvement would be the external noise from the ventilation system. In summary: a beautiful hotel, well-located, with an exceptional setting, a fantastic breakfast, and pleasant staff. We would definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik."
