What a great experience staying at hilton imperial. Clean and nearby to the wall with a lot of eateries

We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hilton. Dubrovnik. Location great very near the Pila gate, to enter the old town. The room was big, clean and added bonus it has a balcony to chill out. Breakfast was lavish and served on the terrace which was bright and lovely trees surrounding it. Fantastic staff too. Great indoor pool and sauna and steam room.

There is no place with a better location and better view than this place. It's truly the best location. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the service was friendly and all the staff made me feel good. I had the best time for 3 nights. It wasn't even a 5-minute walk to the old town, so I walked to the hotel, rested, and headed out again. It was good.

Service: I arrived at the hotel at 9 am. I originally just wanted to store my luggage first, but I didn't expect that the room was ready and I could check in right away. What a big surprise! The handsome guys at the front desk were proactive and enthusiastic. Before I even checked in, my luggage had already been sent to the room. Environment: diagonally opposite the old city, 300 meters walk away, excellent location Hygiene: Very clean, shower gel and body lotion are very useful

The hotel is near the old town. The location is very good. The room is clean and tidy, but the breakfast is a bit monotonous.

Our room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and the towels weren't replaced either. On the second day there was no cleaning again, I called reception shortly after 3 p.m. and asked for fresh bath towels and had to hear from a cheeky employee that the cleaning would be late. Conditioner in the bathroom was not replenished in 3 days. Dirt from the previous guest could still be found in the coffee cup. So there is room for improvement in housekeeping and reception staff. The receptionists are just snobby. In the breakfast restaurant you can get omelettes that were not ordered or with ham in them, but they were not ordered. Otherwise the buffet is quite good, I would have expected more for the price. The location and cleanliness of the hotel are of course great. But everything is overrated. For the Hilton standard, the staff needs to get off their horse and become more polite.

The glass door is only half, and it is loose, so you have to be careful about slipping and wrestling when climbing in and out. 2. The waiter never knew how to knock on the door. When I was in the bathroom, I opened the door and came in. I asked who the other party was and didn't answer, and then closed the door and went out. 3. The cleaning of the room is very sloppy, and the personal test does not take more than fifteen minutes. 4. The most outrageous thing is that we went to the beach to swim after closing the door, and when we came back, we found that the safety catch of the door was blocked, and the door remained open like this. Complained to the front desk, saying that the housekeeping was convenient for cleaning and forgot to turn it off, it was simple and sloppy. 5. Friends who drive should be careful, just scan the code to enter the hotel area, 30 euros a day. At first we thought it was free to stay in the hotel, but we asked the front desk that we could get tickets, but we didn't say that there was a charge. The result is hehe. At this price, the service and facilities are not up to the five-star standard, so avoid pitfalls.
