La Vita e Bella II

In the old town, it's close to attractions and convenient for eating and playing. The host is very friendly, but there are a few twists and turns during check-in.

La Vita e Bella is very centrally located in Dubrovnik. We stayed in La Vita Bella Iv. There is no reception, as they are ultimately "just" apar**ents. We communicated our arrival time several times in advance and also gave several short-term updates when we would arrive. We had communicated 15:15, arrived at 15:20 and unfortunately still had to stand on the street for 5 minutes and wait until we were let in. The check-in was polite but in the end we only received the most necessary information, which I have experienced much better at other apar**ents/hotels. The room was very large and had only been recently renovated. The open bathroom is cool, but also "open" so when someone runs the bath you can hear it, but you can also watch TV while brushing your teeth ;-) The room is very centrally located, but the rooms faced the street so it was quite loud, especially in the evenings until 11 p.m. There is a restaurant (Marco Polo) on the ground floor of the same building that I can recommend, the food was good value for money for Dubrovnik. With the Dubrovnik Card you get a 20% discount in the restaurant when you pay in cash.
