Celenga Apartments with Free Offsite Parking

A gem of an apartment. Located centrally in the old town & easy to find from Pile Gate. Our room was of very generous size & very clean & tidy. With our windows overlooking the street. WOW having a laundry room with free washer dryer & soap powder was a god send. Our hostess was sweet & with helpful suggestions.

A fantastic location, with great amenities and the staff where so helpful.

We wanted to spend some of our time in Dubrovnik in accommodation within the old city walls, so we booked this apartment. It was very conveniently located with no steps to the building making it easy to access with luggage. It is also close to one of the main gates making it easy to access taxis, etc. Close to all the attractions and restaurants. I had a few questions prior to arrival and the staff were very quick to respond. When checking in the staff were helpful providing suggestions on where to go and what to see. We only spent one night here and did not take advantage of the kitchen facilities. This would be an excellent accommodation choice for someone who wanted to use those facilities to perhaps have some meals at home- there is a store close by- as eating out in Dubrovnik can be expensive. When compared to a hotel room, a disadvantage of this apartment is the noise from other guests entering their units as there seemed to be little soundproofing.

We wanted to stay in the old town and this was the perfect location, as well as comfortable. We were given excellent instructions on how to find the apartment from the city walls. We stayed first in a two bedroom apartment on the top floor and then on our return a suite on the second floor. A word of warning if anyone has bad knees there are lots of stairs in Dubrovnik itself and after a day sightseeing the stairs seem hard! Very comfortable bed and quiet area. The on-site staff member was very obliging with any questions and allowed us to leave a suitcase while we were sailing. There is also a communal laundry for guests to use. If I come back to Dubrovnik we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed Easter week, and Jelena was so lovely and helpful, she met me on arrival from my airport transfer at the Pile gate (organised by the apartments). Jelena went out of her way to make sure everything was OK, checking in on me as a solo traveller every few days. Her boss needs to give her a raise, as she keeps the apartments immaculate. It was lovely and quiet after a long day out exploring. It was very handy for everything too, bars, restaurants and shops. Posat was my favourite restaurant with amazing service and food. I also travelled to Split and Ston with a driver organised by Jelena. I also did day trips to Monte***** and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was a brilliant base to explore from.

Perfect location, quiet and clean. It also has a laundry room with free washing machine and dryer (even though we found it always busy ), air conditioning in the room and it's right in the center of the old town. Easy check-in and check-out. 5 stars

An excellent location within the walls of Dubrovnik. Has a kitchenette but didn’t use it. Updated bathroom and enough space. If you want to stay in centre stay here!
