Great hotel on the whole. Pros/ Lovely food particularly salads in the evening and eggs at breakfast. Look out for the omelette station and ordering eggs Benedict from the waiters. Beautiful sea view Very comfortable and huge bed in the deluxe suite Rooms cleaned daily - Thankyou (except for under the beds) Wonderful to use the indoor pool and sauna/steam room but cold in the morning. Cons/ Smoking at mealtimes, very hard to escape and meant it was difficult to sit outside. No smoking zones? Quite difficult to access the sea/ very rocky Hotel hosting conference when we visited and the service and atmosphere at dinner changed immediately for the worse. The cons didn’t impact our stay too badly, very lucky with beautiful warm sunshine all week and going home very relaxed.

What a fantastic resort 5 star service all the way, beautiful location, excellent friendly attentive staff and delicious dishes at the restaurant. Got an amazing message that fixed my shoulder blade that previous masseuses were not able to fix - thanks Paula! Executional experience, can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it!!

This hotel is in a great location. Situated at one end of Lapad Bay you can walk the promenade right outside. The suites are very spacious and the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and thorough in their jobs. Most of the staff were friendly with the exception of one lady at reception. Perhaps it was just her manner? The massage therapist was wonderful and a lovely treat ...it is expensive but standard for all these types of wellness spas The only negative comment I would make would be the breakfast ...not great at all. Firstly where the food is laid out is quite small so gets crammed and hard to get around. Eggs are in those containers that are supposed to keep things 'warm' but don't really. Options were scrambled or lukewarm boiled eggs. A pet hate! Choice of fruit OK and breads etc. Overall a good hotel but for the price food could be better! Easy to access old town either by bus or Uber which is very reasonable.

The rooms were spacious and clean with amazing views. Also the friendly staff and great food were a bonus. The location was also excellent and just a short bus ride away from the Old Town. I would highly recommend this hotel. it was easy to walk

value for the price. excellent hotel directly by the sea in the quiet bay of Dubrovnik. neat and spacious. free parking, very clean rooms, great choice of food for breakfast, the staff is professional and friendly, especially waiter Matija who is always smiling and at your service. our only complaint is that they are not pet-friendly

My family and I have been going to Dubrovnik for years. Every year, we were going from one hotel to another until we stumbled upon Royal Princess. Kindness,location, cleanliness, view, location, fitness and wellness and food especially - everything is absolutely perfect. The only problem we had with the hotel is that we couldn’t stay for more days. Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Tom and the entire team for creating this awesome space that actually feels like home now. First time in Croatia and don’t think we could have stayed anywhere better. The staff were so friendly, the hotel is so clean and beautiful, the view from the room was spectacular. For a couple on part 1 of our honeymoon it was the perfect place. The pool with the rocks and ladders in to the sea was stunning. The bus was €5 for both of us to Dubrovnik. Walking down the boardwalk from the hotel next to the sea with so many lovely restaurants, perfect 5 days. I rarely leave reviews but had for this stay.
