Facilities: good
Hygiene: very good
Environment: The location is perfect, just on the edge of Heishui Bay
Service: The landlord uncle is very cute and kind-hearted. He will tell you short stories about filming Game of Thrones and tell you which places are fun and delicious. The landlord's mother is also very cute

The location of the flat is brilliant, everywhere in the old town is walkable. The flat is also clean and comfortable with working AC, which was a lifesaver.
Parking was not on site, you would have to walk a little bit.
Kitchen was moderately well equipped but did not have Coffee maker as stated.
Overall because of the location everything else was not a big issue.

Although the people running this apar**ent are incredibly nice; I have to give everyone a heads up of our experience. The pictures looked great and we booked because there were three of us and we thought it would be easy to stay in one apar**ent with 2 rooms... well when we arrived, there was not a front desk (as stated), I called the man I was speaking regarding our arrival and he told me to knock on his mom's apar**ent and she will let us into our place. The woman was very nice but spoke no english and was very fragile. She showed us into the apar**ent and it was nothing like pictured. There were not two rooms, there were 2 beds in one room. Everything was pretty dirty; the towels were crunchy and had stains. There was a back door that led to a washer machine and other apar**ents that did not lock, so nothing was secure during our stay. We ended up locking most of belongings in the car. Although the location of this place is amazing and is right in the heart of the city, there is not parking nearby. The closest parking is pretty far and it costs $10 eur per hour. Overall, we didn't spend much time in the room so it was fine, but I definitely felt like there is room for improvement.

This property is a perfect location to walk to Old Town Dubrovnik in 5 minutes. The view is superlative, and Dino and his Daughter Mia were wonderful hosts and responded to all our needs, even when we had to leave at 4:30 AM to catch a plane. The unit was clean and neat. I would highly recommend staying at Apar**ents Mia if you want easy access to Old Town.
