The desk staff are friendly, but the service items are too poor to be considered a 4-star hotel.
This was my first time in a hotel without welcome water.
There was bottled water in the minibar for a fee.

Busy during the summer but a great stay overall. Easy beach access (at a nearby hotel) and a direct bus route to the old town. A nice break.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our recent vacation. The hotel was nice, but the location wasn't great, about 3-4 miles from the old city and center of all the attractions. The #6 bus (2 euros/person) stopped right next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was HUGE, with lots of options, however there were so many different tours staying here, it was a madhouse with long lines. We also had dinner there one night, and again the buffet had lots of options but long lines. I found the wait staff not that friendly, probably because of all the craziness. There was only one working elevator which meant for longs waits and again lots of people. The hotel is next to the water so if you're lucky, the sunsets are very nice.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Beautiful clean bathroom. A wonderful large heated pool indoors and another one outdoors.the choice of food for breakfast and dinner was above and beyond anything we have experienced before. Our waiter Marko B was wonderful. So polite and helpful all the time. A wonderful experience

Really friendly staff, especially Marija Marić, receptionist Marin and a long-haired girl who worked at the same time (we did not notice a name) and a tall guy who is a portir and he said that he is a handball player also (he helps us while aparture and departure) 😊 Also the food for breakfast and dinner is at high level.

Stayed here for 5 nights in April. Rooms were ok but needed updating. Overall the hotel was very clean. We stayed half board. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet - choice of food was very good. No complaints at all. You will not be disappointed. The fresh bread selection was lovely. Only gripe was that drinks were not included, so drinks bill for us was quite expensive! I think they should have at least provided a bottle of water ??! Also certain toiletries were not included in the room, eg, toothpaste, cotton buds, I thought this was quite stingy for a 4 star hotel , but I guess it’s no big deal. Outdoor and indoor pool area were both lovely, as were spa and gym. Staff were polite . Brilliant kids entertainment at Maroworld. It was so lovely to sit at the outside lobby watching the sunset too. Overall we had a fantastic stay here! Thank you!

This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was 5*,you could not fault it for quality and variety. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The only fault was that it was quite far out. However, the facilities and views more than made up for that.

C'est un endroit magnifique où le personnel est attentif et sympathique La vue est superbe ,la piscine est très agréable tout est fait pour réjouir le regard et le bien être.
