The desk staff are friendly, but the service items are too poor to be considered a 4-star hotel.
This was my first time in a hotel without welcome water.
There was bottled water in the minibar for a fee.

Busy during the summer but a great stay overall. Easy beach access (at a nearby hotel) and a direct bus route to the old town. A nice break.

Hotel is clean , staff pleasant . Food ok the usual buffet fare, nothing special but not unpleasant. Its a hotel that has no life. Not for kids . Lots of corporate event's going on , you share the lift/lobby/bar after a day out or by the pool with business men/women in suits while your in your pool wear. They shut the pool bar early on the Saturday I was there because they needed the staff for the corporate event going on . I know this because I complained and the bars manager eventually admitted it after his staff said it was too windy to stay open !!.Good location but the buses are rammed standing only , dread to think what it's like in high season.I think the hotel to decide between holiday or corporate vibe.

We ate here twice during our holiday, Fabulous restaurant, we went for the 5 course menu as great value, very ralaxed evenings, food was great, atmosphere was fantastic. Our waiter Marco was really helpful and attentive, and the Manager Zuron was great too and has a good knowledge of the Local wines. Would highly recommend.

I travelled for a week recently to Dubrovnik with my girlfriend and we stayed in Valamar Lacroma Hotel. It was an amazing experience , Croatia is beautiful and the hotel is great. Amazing service , amazing staff , amazing food, amazing view , amazing comfort . It is for sure one of the best places we have been for holidays. Rooms always clean , the hotel offered me champagne in my birthday date which I really really appreciate .Near to amazing beaches and good trails to walk to enjoy the nature . On top of that they have amazing 2 cats near the hotel caffe that are so well treated for the staff. Congratulations and thank you for our first experience in Croatia. We will definitely be back . We travelled as a family in Dubrovnik in May 2024 and stayed 6 nights in Valamar Lacroma Hotel in Babin Kuk. The Lacroma hotel was a stunning experience, great location, amazing sceneries, unbelievable postcard sun sets, amazing service and staff, inceredible breakfast and dinner buffets, huge variety of dishes, rooms were clean, nice beds, everything worked inside and outside rooms, nice pools with towel service and snack bar, beautiful and well maintained garden. All in all probably the best hotel expereince I have ever had I must say. A couple of slightly negative sides were the live music from the hall in the evenings which carried to ur rooms above but even that ended by 10 or 11 pm and didn't bother us much, also the busses to and from hotel to the old town were a bit crowded but that could be expected considering the mount of visitors coming to Dubrovnik each summer. This was my first time in Croatia and the hotel and Dubrovnik really gave me a great first impression. Thank you Croatia and Thank you Lacroma.

We had dinner on the terrace at Momenti Restaurant. The ambiance was great, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. Our server, Marko, was lovely and very attentive. Recommend having dinner here and catching a great view of the sunset!

Fabulous luxury hotel in a fantastic location. Food in Momenti fine dining restaurant was absolutely superb quality.Manager (Zoran) and his team of waiters (Azer, Antonella and Marco) were so attentive to our requirements and very professional in all they did. We got to know them like much-loved family by the end of our 8 day stay. Also a big thank you to the unseen heroes in the kitchen who created superb dishes using the finest Adriatic and local Croatian ingredients. Front desk and housekeeping were also top-class. We would highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable vacation experience. Have a meal in the Momenti restaurant to enjoy food at its finest and be cared for at the highest possible level by Zoran and his brilliant team.
