Don’t ever book this for your holiday!!!!, unless you want your holiday to be ruined by a owner who had no manners and no respect for privacy whatsoever.Me and my sister arrived to check in and was greeted by a drunk owner who on arrival began shouting at us because we had gone the wrong way into the villa. He was being verbally abusive to us in a way I didn’t think was possible ( as it was too late to book somewhere else we just took the abuse) even though we had only spoken very nicely and softly. My sister had really bad anxiety and she didn’t want to stay here anymore. He ruined our holiday as we were not able to book somewhere else. I am shocked that someone like him is able to rent out apar**ents, saying he is rude would be an understatement. When I asked him why he was speaking to us in this way he began to touch my sisters suitcase and try to take it out the apar**ent and said we are not welcome (he clearly didn’t like English tourists as we had absolutely nothing). Two days later I called him to ask him I get the TV working as I had been trying for 2 hours and there was no signal, he literally responded : if you don’t know how to work a TV that is ur problem then he hung up. Wasn’t able to use the tv for the week. This guy should never be aloud to rent again!!!! I am warning all travellers do not stay here !! Not to mention , it says it is a short walk from the beach however didn’t mention that because it is so high up u literally have to walk down 4 MASSIVE flights of stairs which is a killer to walk up in the blazing sun.

Apar**ent spotless and with a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Petar extremely helpful during our stay and beforehand, when we twice needed to postpone due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again.

Situated in the Lapad district of the city, this villa offers good value accommodation and basic catering facilities. The Old City can be reached via a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute ride (alternatively another bus route stops just outside, but takes about 20 - 25 minutes to get to the Old City. Just 5 minutes walk down to the sea with plenty of places to lie out by the rocks and enjoy the incredible colours of the Adriatic Sea. A small kitchenette lets you make your own breakfast and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as obviously in the Old City. The pool is a dip pool (about 3.5 - 4 metres long) for cooling off after another day in the glorious Dalmatian sun. Highly recommended!

This villa is in a great location and features stunning sea views. Lapad beach was great and very close by. Our apar**ent was very comfortable, clean & nicely decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything needed. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. We will be back for sure!!
