We had booked 2 nights paid for via *********** and upon our arrival the owner informed us that there was no more room for us….He then took us to another apar**ent supposedly of the same standing. While it is located in the bedroom land with a view of a building 2m away, in the middle of a vacant lot, an old building and a swimming pool between 4 walls. We refused this so-called apar**ent with equivalent services and requested reimbursement which the owner is refusing for the moment. As for ***********, they only registered our complaint. We had to find a solution ourselves at our own expense.
