I loved the place. The only issue I had was that it was very noisy and it was hard for me to sleep without ear plugs

Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik.

Great location, the restaurant served great food and the staff were friendly, but room a little tired now, Toilet seat broken, the window didn't open but didn't shut either and was very noisy all through the night, Wifi didn't work well.

Great location, room maintenance could be better. Would recommend if you want to stay in the Old Town for a reasonable price

Great location in Old Town Dubrovnik with restaurants right outside the door. Room was clean and in good shape. Due to the location can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening or early in am as they are getting restaurants ready for the day. Not an issue with ear plugs and window closed.

The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud.
The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

The hotel is very well located but we had the room on the ground floor and we could hear everything that was happening outside the hotel. The room did not have blinds or black out curtains so you woke up as soon as it started to get light.
I don't know if anyone cleans it but we had a day and a half with a dead cockroach in the hotel lobby and no one cleaned it up.
