Clean room however bathroom fixtures required some maintenance ie loose faucet, towel rack and toilet roll loose on wall and shower doors did not close properly resulting in water on floor.

Great location near the old town and very clean. Only small complaint was having to wait for someone in the lobby. Seems it’s a family run location and sometimes the person was not there.

Spacious room equipped with all comforts such as fridge, air conditioning, kettle and cups. Bed large and really comfortable. Perfect location because in 10 minutes on foot you are at the entrance to the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. €10 each for breakfast seems a bit exaggerated to me (so we didn't try it).

We found Villa Dard overpriced for what was advertised. Yes it is close to Old Town, it’s quite a walk (all uphill & steps). It seems a little run down in outside areas , room was clean but no fridge, as I thought. Had to get shower & TV looked at first day. Bathroom very small. Obviously family owned business, but wonder if they have time to really run it as a business. Didn’t try breakfast as given different price when we checked in to what was originally told, decided to eat out, Staff were friendly.

Villa Dard is a lovely place. Andrea was so nice, she kept in contact with us days prior to arrival as well as the day of.We were delayed arriving and were late letter our transfer know, but she was fine with sending another car. Upon arrival, she was there to greet us and show us to our rooms. It was hot in Dubrovnik when we arrived so having AC in the rooms was amazing. The beds were comfy and we slept like babies.
The next morning we had a delicious breakfast Andrea made, take her up on the offer for breakfast when offered at check-in. :) We weren't getting picked up by our cruise until much later in the day but she allowed all our luggage to take over her office until then.
I would highly recommend Villa Dard, it was well located, not a bad walk (down and up) from the Walls, and Andrea was great!

Villa Dard was beautiful and conveniently located to Old Town. The suite was clean and comfortable with gorgeous sea views. we would happily stay again.
Our hosts were excellent: friendly, helpful with great restaurant recommendations, and very kind. They went way above our expectations; when we asked where we could buy one of the provided amenities, they showed up the next day with the product for us.
One note: there are no elevators or porters.
Our visit to Dubrovnik was lovely and we would highly recommend Villa Dard, rather than staying in Old Town.

Great hotel. Very clean. Very friendly service and very helpful with tips for excursions. Great rooms and also very clean. Breakfast has everything you could want. Very close to the old town. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We will be back.
