短い宿泊ならとてもいいと思います。チェックインも簡単で人と会う必要がなく、立地もとてもいいです。

This property is in a great location, only 2 staircases down from the Main Street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is on a different floor from two of the rooms which is a little tricky and the stairs are hard to walk down in the middle of the night. Other than that it is a cozy stay.

Great location for a small basement apartment with no light and strong mildew smell. Hosts were gracious and refunded remaining nights.

Out of 50 countries traveled, this is THE WORST lodging experience ever, I hate this place. They claim 24/7 front desk, that is a lie. I knocked and knocked the door and nobody answered. There are 42 steps just to get to this place, I hope you are in good shape, have a nice workout with your luggage. After finally getting a hold on Nika, she agreed to meet me at a specific time so she can let me in (what happened to 24/7 front desk as listed). Later in the day, Nika did not keep her word, she texted me saying she had another obligation and could not meet me as agreed and provided no alternative solution (now what?). Finally she left me the keys In the mailbox, but it turned out to be for the wrong room. Later i found out She had given my room to someone else. I spent 2 nights there, and never saw any staff member. Another thing, the shared bath had no shower soap or body wash. I used the shampoo as body wash. And the shower space is small. Unless you want more stress and want to spoil your vacation, don't even dare making reservations here, leave your money with someone who will take care of your lodging needs, go somewhere else, you have been warned. This person is irresponsible and lazy.

Was a perfect location for exploring the town. I would stay here every time if I could.

I would give this hotel a rating of zero if possible. They advertise that they have air-conditioning in the room and then when you arrive it does not have air-conditioning. I am here in June and it’s very hot day and Petra and her sister are very rude. Stay FAR AWAY from this hotel if you want to have an enjoyable time in Dubrovnik.

We had actually the worst encounter in our whole trip with this woman called petra. First of all our Check-In supposed to be at 14 o'clock. Since we were still busy with biokovo in makarska, we informed her several times through the 3party-website that we are arriving at this and this time. in the end we were in dubrovnik at around 19 o'clock. there is absolutely no parking which no one is informing us about, we had to drive 10 minutes to get a parking spot and walk 28 minutes back into the old town. 3 minutes before we arrived at the hotel where we supposed to meet with petra, she informed us about a change of room because our room is not ready - Remember: Official Check-In at 14, arrival at 19. We had to move to a room from one of her friend, which picked us up. just to stay for a night and switch then to the new room which caused us plenty of problems due to our day plans. After telling her friend we will not switch during the day due to plans, she called petra and handed the phone over to me. while explaining our situation, Petra (the croatian Karen) started to scream at me that if i dont like it i can cancel and find somethingelse, after she put us in such a situation. i tried to explain her further our situation and that i dont like her tone and that she is rude while her only reply was, that this is her town and if i would have a problem, i can freely go since she as plenty of guests waiting for the room (like we do actually). basically the call ended up with both of us screaming at each other and her friend calming me down. i will spare you further details but it was by far since i travel the worst karen-encounter i ever had. i promise you, it is more worth to stay on the street then book a hotel with her.
