The location is convenient, a few hundred meters away from the train station, and the front desk staff is pretty good

Great stay, you have all the basics and it is relatively clean. It's also nice that windows can be installed. Beds and pillows are a bit soft.

This was the second time we stayed in a B&B hotel. As a family, we had a 3-bed room and were always happy with the cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast was also good value for money. However, one thing annoyed us on both stays: the main reason for booking was always free parking (very valuable on city trips) and both times all hotel parking spaces were full, so additional costs were incurred (or the staff recommended that we park "illegally" in private parking spaces). This is annoying, and it causes frustration right at check-in. Nevertheless, we think this chain is good, it is inexpensive and definitely recommended for short stays for three people. The location near the train station is very central, and thanks to the good windows we hardly heard the motorway, even though the room was on this side.

The accommodation is very central, the main train station is just three minutes away. Sustainability is top notch, which is why we always book BnB. The only thing I would deduct a point for is the check-in. They advertise a 24-hour reception, but then you get a message from the hotel saying that it is not currently open 24 hours a day and you can check in using the check-in machine. Luckily we arrived in time and I saw that the machine was broken and not usable. This should perhaps be communicated to guests so that they can check in with peace of mind even after the reception closes. Otherwise everything is fine as always :)

The hotel is what you would expect from a B&B hotel: simple, modern, clean, comfortable. It is a stone's throw from the station and parking is available.
The reception, however, was quite deplorable. Request to pay for the room even though it had been prepaid when booking - Billing for breakfast at the adult rate for a child aged 11, claiming that from the age of 7 children pay like an adult even though the conditions of the hotel stipulate that up to 12 years old the child rate applies.
It all worked out in the end, but I really didn't appreciate the lack of any word of apology!
