279的房間真的有點坑人，衞生很差，地毯特別臟。前台的服務員態度極其惡劣 跟別人欠她幾千萬一樣服務簡直讓人無語😓前台的接待就是一個酒店的門面畢竟所有的
客人到店離店也都是接觸的前台，這不僅是客人對
酒店的印象，也會讓賓客對成都產生不好的印象。空調沒有一點效果 房間熱到讓人受不了！酒店早餐也很差。普通酒店也比這個強幾倍。去旅遊的朋友注意別踩坑 繞道而行

房間寬敞明亮，離仰天窩廣場很近，過一個橋就到了，酒店房間望出去都看得到熊貓的腳腳。早餐豐富，停車方便。到熊貓谷、都江堰景區、灌縣古城都很便捷。

五一帶外地朋友入住該酒店，價格稍有上浮，但基本合理。酒店本身不錯，房間夠大且乾淨，最主要是位置絕佳，距離古城和景區幾步之遙，稍顯不足是早餐略顯簡單。特別表揚前台服務人員—鍾靜美女，原來漂亮的美女也會給人特別的親切感😄😄，服務時能從客人角度出發，儘管客人較多仍然做到了慢條斯理、輕聲細語、富有耐心的為大家解決實際問題，此為五一假期都江堰旅遊最大收穫！

房間周邊壞境是宵夜攤，喧鬧，衞生環境太差。
酒店設施陳舊，與網上宣傳相比差了很多，對不瞭解都江堰環境的客人來説，就容易踩坑。估計平時的價格就一百來塊而已。
酒店服務態度不好，服務員素質層次不齊。反正我們自己帶娃娃入住，體驗感不好。
請帶孩子出遊的朋友謹慎選擇酒店。
