"Our first stop on our summer trip with the kids, and even though we only stayed one night, we absolutely adored this place! The accommodation was spotless and tidy, with a simple, Chinese-inspired Loft design that's truly perfect for families. My daughter especially loved the cozy and charming little loft space upstairs! The hotel also has a great outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying a cold beer and a breeze in the evening. The location is fantastic too – right downstairs is a shopping street, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Nanqiao Bridge and Yangtianwo Plaza! This was genuinely the most comfortable and heartwarming B&B we stayed in during our whole Sichuan trip!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. It's so popular that unfortunately, I couldn't book a room with a hot tub. It's incredibly close to the Panda Valley, arguably the most convenient boutique accommodation for visiting it. Parking was stress-free (but you need to scan a QR code upstairs to get a voucher, as there's no signal in the underground garage). There's a fast-charging station right outside if you turn left, so driving an electric car is no problem at all. My car was fully charged in the time it took to have a meal. **Special Mention:** The breakfast noodles were not spicy but incredibly fragrant! On the second day, it was only a 10-minute drive to the Dujiangyan scenic area, and the butler has some secret tips! Don't forget to add the butler on WeChat!"

"The room photos were quite different from reality. The bathroom had no door, just a partition, and you could see the walls were damp, which meant the room temperature couldn't get very high. The children's bed was right by the bathroom entrance, and the lower bunk was quite cold. Luckily, it wasn't too cold the night we arrived. We asked about a heater, and they brought a remote to adjust something. The kids' play area was pretty empty, and you needed to turn on the air conditioning in advance; it was actually warmer there than in the room. As for the projector, anyone who's used it knows what I mean. The hallway had absolutely no air conditioning, so you'd experience alternating hot and cold, especially in 6-degree weather. At this price, with no view and no amenities (there's no fridge in the room, apparently only in suites), it's completely not worth it. I have no idea how it got such a high rating."

They took so good care of us during our stay. They were helpful in planning our outings, even ordering take out, going to the pharmacy. Their hot springs were truly a gem in the forest. Being in the hotel was like being in a garden, filled with flowers and plants everywhere. There were MJ tables, Chinese dresses for photos and cats to play with. The views from the room were spectacular. The historical town and the trial heads were within 15 minutes of walking distance."

"Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, the TV is large, and all the equipment is very new. I have to rave about the hairdryer! Hygiene: Very clean. The towels and bedding are spotless. There's also a laundry room with Little Swan washing machines and dryers. My pants got dirty climbing Mount Qingcheng, but they came out clean and perfectly dry, which added so much happiness to my trip! Environment: The hotel always smells lovely. The foaming hand soap has a pleasant tea scent, and the toiletries are of good quality. Just a small suggestion: could the cotton swabs in the care kit be increased to four? Two people have four ears, so one less is a bit tricky, haha. Service: The service is incredibly thoughtful. We even received a farewell gift at checkout, and the food guide they provided was very useful – we went to some delicious places!"

The room rate included breakfast for two adults (children under 1.2m eat free), two tickets to the water park (children under 1.2m get in free), and four tickets for 3 hours of fun at the Snow World, including snow play and skiing ⛷ (same price for adults and children). Breakfast: Very comprehensive, available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Service: The hotel has indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids, making it super convenient for families, even if the weather isn't great. 🙏"

"They have a dedicated butler service, and booking through Trip.com really made them extra accommodating and responsive to all our requests. This trip, I brought my child and elders, and we ate all our meals at the hotel. Ordering à la carte would have been quite expensive, but we bought a 198 RMB package deal for three adults and one child, and it was more than enough food. During the day, we went hiking, and after dinner, we strolled around the square in front of Qingcheng Mountain. There was a food festival going on, and even though we didn't eat there, it was really lively. After our walk, we returned to the hotel for a hot spring soak. Hot springs in the summer are actually quite nice; the water temperature was just right, and I didn't have to worry about my child catching a cold. I'll definitely be adding summer hot spring visits to my future travel plans."

For the private hot spring, they provided herbal bath sachets, new disposable bath liners, and mineral water. I sent a message in the private group, and they responded incredibly quickly 💯. The private hot spring offers excellent privacy. The next morning, we had breakfast by the river, which was very pleasant. "The room wasn't particularly large, but the location is superb. Coming from Chengdu, you exit Lidui Park Station, turn right, and the hotel is just 20 meters away. It's also very close to Dujiangyan. From the room, you can see the Minjiang River in Dujiangyan, and at night, you can even spot the 'blue tears' phenomenon. You can go up to the 19th floor for free to enjoy the view and have tea, and there's also a complimentary B1 hot tub. They even allowed us a late check-out when our child fell ill, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated! The front desk also has a Dujiangyan food guide, and if you follow it, you won't be disappointed!"
