Dujiangyan Hotels with Private Pools

"Last year, I fell in love with Yinshi Yunshe during my trip to Dujiangyan, so I didn't hesitate to come back for a second visit this time. It still feels just as warm and thoughtful as I remember, like catching up with an old friend. I originally booked a queen room, but my friend and I decided we wanted separate beds last minute. The owner didn't hesitate and upgraded us to a twin room with a river view terrace, which was exactly what we needed! The room faces the Min River directly, offering expansive and airy views. The 'Blue Tears' phenomenon on the river at around 8 PM this season is truly breathtaking. This trip, I also got to try a new experience – dining in the riverside area. Enjoying authentic Sichuan cuisine with the river breeze, while watching the World Cup on the big screen, really set the mood! It's a one-stop shop for accommodation and dining. The yak hot pot was absolutely incredible; the broth was rich and flavorful, and the yak meat was fresh and authentic. We finished one plate and immediately ordered another. Eating hot pot while watching the game was just fantastic! The entire experience was top-notch. I've already silently added this place to my list of regular spots in Dujiangyan~"

"The homestay is converted from my own house, very close to the Panda Park. There is no breakfast, the water for bathing is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. When I checked in, the room next to me was very noisy and the soundproofing was not good. I asked the owner if I could change to another room, and he said there were no rooms left. However, he didn't know that my friend who stayed with me had booked the same room, but he hadn't checked in yet... The bathroom has no partition, the bath water will splash everywhere, and there is no shelf to put the change of clothes; although the disposable items are used, the quality is a bit thin, and the washbasin is a bit cramped; there is only tatami in the room, which is a bit unfriendly to slightly fat people..."

"The actual scenery is even more beautiful than the photos (I forgot to take pictures of the stunning lawn!). There's a scenic pond behind the lobby, and on the day we visited, the lighting was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers complimentary Hanfu, and we spent half an hour taking photos in them (we were told we could use them for up to two hours). We initially booked a standard king room, but once we saw the amazing outdoor space, we knew we couldn't miss out on a private hot spring. We decisively upgraded to a 270-degree river view room – the view was unbeatable, and the stargazing hot tub on the terrace was huge, easily spacious enough for two. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive. The room offered rose petals and bath bombs. In the evening, dim the lights, light a candle, enjoy a drink, and stargaze in a slightly tipsy state – it was incredibly chill (I recommend ordering room service to the terrace for dining; it's an absolutely perfect private getaway for couples). The public areas are also worth exploring. A walk along the riverside reeds instantly washes away any stress. The heated public pool looked like it had excellent water quality. Oh, and the front desk staff helped us with our luggage to the room, always smiling. The service was even better than some five-star hotels (and they're great at taking photos!). Ladies, at Chunshan Wai, you can truly experience 'hot spring freedom' and 'photo op freedom'! One more thing to add: breakfast can be delivered to your room, which is a lifesaver for someone like me who struggles to get up in the morning!"

"We stumbled upon this hotel while traveling as a family. We were initially drawn in by its spacious rooms and attractive prices, so we booked two suites and one twin room. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and luxurious rooms. The kids were jumping around, and there were welcome snacks and bottled water for both adults and two children. Overall, a great stay! 😄"

"Traveling with our dog, the owner prepared a lovely welcome kit (very practical, we used it right away but forgot to snap a picture!). The room was beautiful and comfortable, featuring a Marshall speaker, so we didn't even need the one we brought. It had a private courtyard and a private hot spring, offering great privacy! My friend and I absolutely loved the real fireplace in the room! The smell of burning wood was incredibly soothing. The service was exceptional! We felt like we were constantly bothering them, but they always responded instantly and were incredibly accommodating! Both our table and the one next to us absolutely adored the noodles for breakfast! They were infinitely better than any noodles we've had in Chengdu! We're practically begging them to open a noodle shop in Chengdu to revolutionize the noodle scene there! ”Push the door and see the mountains, welcome happiness!” A very satisfying stay, we'll definitely be back!"
